It was very nice. The room has a small kitchen and dish washer. Very convenient location as well. Paid parking also not bad. It was a good choice to choose to live there.

Facilities: The facilities are very new. We chose a triple room for a family trip. The three beds were not crowded. We were amazed by the kitchen in the room. The kitchen was open with two doors. It had all the facilities (dishwasher, microwave, plates, cups, even detergent and dishcloths). Environment: The environment is very good. The hotel lobby is simple and warm. There are vending machines to buy drinks (there is no mineral water in the room). It is very close to the central city and it takes less than 10 minutes to walk there. Service: Because it is a self-driving tour, parking at the hotel is also very convenient. The parking lot is relatively large and automatic in and out. Highly recommended

The room is quite big and I am quite satisfied with it. The kitchen facilities are complete, but there is no oil, salt, etc. The location is also good, about ten minutes walk to the church. You must eat crepes in Rennes, they are so delicious! I recommend the one in the picture.

Hotel well located to move easily around the city. Cleanliness as is normal in France is not the strong point of the structure even if it cannot be said that the room was dirty. The price too high for the service offered. Probably for 70 euros a night it would have been the right price instead of 90. In any case speaking with other colleagues it seemed that it was the best in the city for that amount. Very polite and helpful staff. For short stays I really recommend it. Breakfast too expensive for what it offers.

The guy who helped us was called David! Super friendly and explained everything to us wonderfully! The room is fine.... But the thing we didn't like is that there is nothing to clean dishes and they charge extra for everything! Even for cleaning service. The parking is very good 13€ and super spacious and safe! Good location, we would definitely stay again

The room had a kitchen. There was no explanation about cleaning the room. The basic rule is no cleaning. If you ask for it, it's 10 euros. If you just want to change the towels, it's 7 euros. It's about 30 minutes walk to the old town. It's about 40 minutes to Rennes station.

The hotel team is attentive and very pleasant.
