We have sorted out the issues you reported one by one: Regarding the missing lid of the tea set, this was our negligence in checking the guest room items. We will strengthen the inspection of the integrity of guest room items to ensure that all items are complete when guests check in. As for the insufficient number of slippers and the lack of ashtrays, this is indeed a lack of service on our part. We will optimize the guest room item replenishment process to ensure that each room is adequately equipped, and at the same time provide enough spare items on the floor to meet guests' needs in a timely manner. Regarding the discrepancy between room types and prices, we will further verify the room type settings and price system to ensure that the information is accurate and transparent to avoid causing trouble to guests. The data cable plug at the bedside was loose.
