My stay here exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean with no strange odors, and the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – so I slept soundly. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were polite and friendly. Working downstairs at the large table in the evening was quiet and peaceful. The hotel's location is convenient for dining and getting around, offering good value for money overall. Definitely worth staying here.

What a hidden gem of a hotel! The room was very clean, and the service was great. The receptionist, Xiaoyu, was particularly helpful and spoke so softly. It started raining right after I arrived in Taiyuan, so I just stayed in and slept. All in all, a really good stay.

The transportation is quite convenient. The hotel's parking lot leads directly to the subway. You can walk to Wuyi Square, and it's also very easy to get to the Provincial Museum by taxi.

Terrible. The hotel is located in a building with a dubious mix of businesses, including plastic surgery clinics, massage parlors, and traditional Chinese medicine halls. The elevator even showed a 'fault' message. The building quality is poor; there was a distinct musty smell after it rained, and the room felt damp. Clothes wouldn't dry, and the duvet felt wet. The windows were hard to close properly. The area around the hotel is filled with cheap eateries and overflowing sewage. Next door is a bus station, with many large buses, making it feel unsafe. The cover photo on the hotel's Ctrip page is heavily photoshopped and completely different from reality; it's deceptive. The room design is impractical. The bathroom is mostly a large shower stall with no space for towels or clothes. The furniture is old and pilled, and there was hair on it. The sheets and pillowcases had multiple holes, and the duvet insert easily slipped out. The window insulation is poor, and since the room faces the street, it was very noisy at night, especially when police cars passed by. The staff's professionalism is severely lacking. During check-in, several guests were smoking in the lobby, and no one intervened. They even mistakenly delivered items to our room for other guests, swiping their card and entering directly without any basic awareness, making us seriously doubt the hotel's security. In light of this, the offer of breakfast and a fruit platter at the end was the only non-objectionable thing during our stay. As for breakfast, it's better not to know it exists. The ingredients were not fresh, and there was a limited selection. The protein tasted like plastic, and the milk was flavorless. It was almost inedible; definitely do not book a room with breakfast included. In summary, for the same price, you'd be better off staying at other hotels. This one is absolutely not worth it. Avoid at all costs.

You see it right as you exit Taiyuan West Square Metro Station (Exit B), and it's just a few minutes' walk to Taiyuan Railway Station. It's incredibly convenient for catching trains or meeting up with groups, making business trips or vacations a breeze. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, was fantastic – so welcoming and attentive. Check-in was quick, and they were always ready to help with anything, paying attention to every detail. The room was spotless, no weird smells, and the facilities were new and smart, working perfectly. The soundproofing was excellent; it was incredibly quiet at night, and the mattress was so comfortable that I slept soundly until morning. The breakfast selection was adequate, and the taste was on point. It offers amazing value for money and is a truly reliable choice among mid-to-high-end chains. The only minor regret is that the breakfast variety could be a bit more extensive, but that doesn't detract from the overall experience at all. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Taiyuan!

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Taiyuan Station. The room wasn't large, and the hardware facilities were pretty standard. The service was neither bad nor exceptional. Breakfast was okay, but definitely not what I'd call abundant. Overall, the hotel is decent, but it doesn't live up to the standard of a Trip.com 'four-diamond' upscale hotel. It's more like a three-diamond at best.

Had a pretty good stay! It's really close to the subway station and super convenient for getting to Liuxiang. The room was also warm and very clean. The front desk staff were very attentive too. Great experience! Would definitely recommend to others! 👍🏻👍🏻
