Juste pour un avis tres favorable pour Sonia qui a su nous calmer dans notre colère par rapport à ”Un hôtel insalubre avec encore moins que les ”moyens du bord” et le reste nous verrons avec le directeur pour un remboursement.. Sonia a été très à la hauteur en ayant les bons mots et en nous retournant vers le directeur qui lui saura peut-être faire le nécessaire maintenant.
