Our four-night stay at the St. Regis Lhasa Resort far exceeded our expectations. The service team was incredibly professional and attentive, and the butler service was prompt and reassuring. It was my birthday during our stay, and the hotel surprised me with a beautiful birthday cake – a thoughtful gesture that made the trip even more memorable. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of Barkhor Street and Jokhang Temple. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the oxygen concentrator and humidifier were a great help in alleviating altitude sickness. Breakfast was very extensive, and the view of Potala Palace from the Tubo Bar on the sixth floor was simply stunning. This was a perfect stay, and I highly recommend it!

The room facilities are very new, the hotel service is very good, and the housekeeper Nizhen is very attentive and considerate. You can also choose the hotel restaurant for meals. Overall, I feel that the price-performance ratio is good. The stone pot chicken is delicious. I will choose to stay here again when I come to Linzhi next time.

The hotel's rooftop restaurant also boasts a great location, allowing you to dine with views of the Potala Palace, creating a wonderful ambiance. The staff were warm, attentive, and thoughtful. Whether during check-in or dining, any requests were promptly addressed and resolved, making me feel completely at ease. The overall environment is comfortable, and the service is considerate. It's an excellent choice for anyone visiting Lhasa who wants a comfortable stay with convenient access to views. Highly recommended.

The nicest hotel we have stayed in during our 4 week trip in China! The Hilton was a very clean hotel with comfortable rooms and a great bed and shower. The breakfast buffet is very extensive with Chinese and Western choices. We are at the Coal Bar one night and the pizza and beer was reasonably priced and the pizza was large and quite tasty. The location is good!

Hampton by Hilton Shannan is a new hotel that only opened at the end of 2024. Shannan City construction is quite good, the hotel quality is very good, the service staff are very enthusiastic. The surprise city on 318 Road is recommended to stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a day trip to Shigatse, it's not far from the railway station. 1. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the train station, which was perfect as I had a Mount Everest tour the next day. It was very convenient to have the hotel's business car take me to the station, just arrange it with the front desk. 2. On the day of arrival, they provided complimentary snacks and dinner vouchers. After visiting Tashilhunpo Monastery in the afternoon, I didn't want to go out, so I just had a bowl of noodles at the hotel. 3. Before checking out today, the front desk lady even gave me a small gift: an eye mask, hand cream, ginger tea, and wet wipes. Since I was on my period today, these came in handy. They're all essential travel items. 4. The room was great, very clean. I asked for two extra bottles of water at night, and they were brought over immediately.

The mattress in the room was incredibly soft, like sleeping on a cloud, and even the scent of the toiletries was soothing. The freshly made noodles for breakfast paired perfectly with the coffee. Next time I'm in this city, I'll definitely choose Atour again!
