This feels like one of the better hotels in Shigatse, with an exotic feel to the overall design. The service was excellent. Kerry, our receptionist, upgraded our room during check-in and explained some travel tips. He was very welcoming. It's located in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the popular restaurant we found online. There are two oxygen concentrators, which is better than the St. Regis in Lhasa. The St. Regis only has one, and we had to take turns using it.
