"The hotel has a great location and convenient transportation. It's about a six-minute walk from the back door to Barkhor Street, and the main street is right outside the hotel, yet the rooms are very quiet and peaceful. The hotel facilities are new and there's no smell of renovation. The bedding is very comfortable; the hairdryer, shower, bathroom ventilation, oxygen diffuser, and air conditioning are all excellent. The breakfast is plentiful, and coffee can be taken away. The first floor has a unique decor; the lobby's fragrance is very soothing; the library was great—I finished a book while acclimatizing in Lhasa; the viewing platform upstairs offers a distant view of the Potala Palace. The hotel's front desk and room service are excellent, very patient and attentive. One day, due to altitude sickness, I didn't go out, and room service brought me fruit—a very thoughtful gesture. The hotel's robots deliver items promptly, and with many guests, they were always busy."

At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city. This Gar County hotel offers parking on site. According to our trusted guests, the facilities at this hotel are first-rate. For guests traveling with groups of friends, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.

"The tired wolves who came to Ali were all washed clean in this hotel. I didn't expect it to be so good! The main points are perfect on this road. The first is that the bath water is hot and big. I didn't expect to take such a luxurious hot bath. The second is that the room is warm, without the hot electric blanket, it is just warm. The third is oxygen. The oxygen generator is the best on this road. The blood oxygen is more than 90 in a few seconds. I don't have to carry my own medical big blue jar to the room! What do you want from the three points on this road? We live in the main building, spacious and bright, the bedding and the room are very clean, the sockets are sufficient, the lighting is comfortable~ the service is super good! The food ordered by the hotel is cheap, there must be a good chef, and the taste quality is many times stronger than the takeaway."

During my stay, I was deeply impressed by the excellent service provided by your hotel's front desk. When checking in, Tina was incredibly warm and patient. Not only did she quickly complete my check-in process, but she also proactively helped me resolve a minor issue with my room assignment, which made me feel greatly respected and welcomed. At check-out, Tina was equally meticulous and thoughtful, proactively double-checking my bill and kindly offering travel advice. Tina demonstrated high professionalism and an excellent service attitude. She not only added wonderful memories to guests' journeys but also established a great image for your hotel. Thank you for cultivating such an outstanding employee.

I booked a room with a Potala Palace view, and it truly felt like the entire palace was right in front of me – the view was absolutely perfect. The bedding was also very comfortable, and I slept wonderfully every night of my four-night stay. The facilities were comprehensive, with nasal oxygen equipment and a humidifier, both working well. The bathroom facilities were a bit basic, and there was a slight odor from the floor drain. Every night, fresh fruit and yogurt were delivered to the room; the yogurt was delicious. There's no private parking lot, so you have to walk about 100 meters, but the hotel reimburses the parking fee.

The environment, facilities, services, and location are great ~~ You can see the blue sky and white clouds when you open your eyes. There are menus of various restaurants in the inn, which can be delivered directly to the inn. Can you also be hungry? It will be delivered to the garden on the second floor. The rooms are clean and tidy, including the public areas. The inn has an elevator. After the check-in, the boss will still help to send the luggage to the room. It is a 5-minute walk from the Princess Wencheng to watch the show and a 10-minute drive to the Potala Palace. Recommend! recommend!

Very satisfied with everything, the best is the customer service, always answer all questions. Buy an oxygen tube for RMB 10/piece, and you can arrange an oxygen machine at the lobby bar to provide free oxygen. There were sanitary defects, cigarette butts were found, we don't smoke as a family, but it was acceptable, the sprinkler pipe leaked, and the water pressure increased after cleaning. Everything was cured by the warm customer service.
