"Very close to Daxi Temple, about an 8-minute walk away. It has a ******* style. When I checked in, they were busy helping me with my luggage, and the service attitude was good. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit old. In the morning, the toilet was a bit clogged when I used it, and even after trying to fix it, it didn't improve. Facilities: A bit old"

"I stayed at Atour for three days and I'm completely hooked! The moment I walked in, I was captivated by the scholarly ambiance of the lobby. The staff's smiles were so infectious, and check-in was seamless – no waiting at all. The mattress in the room was incredibly soft, like sleeping on a cloud, and even the scent of the toiletries was soothing. The freshly made noodles for breakfast paired perfectly with the coffee. Next time I'm in this city, I'll definitely choose Atour again!"

"If you're prone to altitude sickness, don't choose this hotel. The diffuse oxygen supply only lasts about an hour, so you have to turn it on manually. I woke up several times during the night, and the oxygen supply stopped working by 7 AM. Nasal inhalation is also an extra charge. The air conditioning system only heats, not cools, making the room extremely stuffy. I was extremely disappointed with this hotel, which is known as Hilton, and I would never choose it again."

Riri at the front desk was incredibly thoughtful. Since I arrived on an early flight before check-in time, she upgraded my room so I could settle in smoothly. A butler delivered my luggage to the room and even asked if the temperature was comfortable and if I needed the oxygen machine turned on! The room was very cozy. **Review of Lhasa Gonggar Airport Lan Ou International Hotel** My stay at the Lhasa Gonggar Airport Lan Ou International Hotel was quite pleasant and convenient, particularly for a traveler looking for comfort near the airport. The hotel's prime location, just a short distance from the Lhasa Gonggar Airport, makes it an excellent choice for those with early flights or needing a quick stopover. The hotel itself is modern and well-kept, with a clean and stylish design. My room was spacious and comfortable, featuring contemporary furnishings and all the necessary amenities for a restful stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, and the room's soundproofing ensured a peaceful night's sleep despite the proximity to the airport. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay, although there were occasional language barriers. Nonetheless, they were always willing to assist and made an effort to accommodate my requests. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. One area where the hotel could improve is its dining options. While the breakfast buffet offered a decent variety of dishes, I found that the food could benefit from more freshness and variety, especially for those staying multiple nights. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was somewhat inconsistent, which might be a concern for business travelers needing reliable internet access. Overall, Lhasa Gonggar Airport Lan Ou International Hotel is a solid option for travelers looking for a comfortable stay close to the airport. While there are minor areas for improvement, the hotel's convenience, cleanliness, and friendly service make it a good choice for short stays or layovers. **Rating:** 4/5

First of all, I really want to praise the owner. He was incredibly dedicated and responsible, and we were deeply moved. We stayed for three days, and on the last day we were going to do the pilgrimage around Mount Kailash. We overestimated ourselves, thinking we could finish the pilgrimage in one day. However, we didn't reach Zhire Monastery until 6:00 PM. Then, at noon, we contacted the owner to say we couldn't come down that day and asked if he could pack our things, cancel our reservation, and let us stay there after we finished the pilgrimage. I was amazed by the owner's generosity. He said it was no problem, it's the off-season, and he understood we couldn't finish the pilgrimage in one day, so he reserved the room for us. I was truly touched. However, due to our physical condition, we eventually had to call a rescue vehicle to come down; there was no way to rest on the mountain. This hotel is very clean and hygienic. The bathrooms have separate shower and toilet areas, which was very satisfying for us, as we are from the south. Oxygen cylinders are also available for rent in the hotel lobby. The parking lot is also very convenient. Our travel companions stayed at other hotels, but we ended up staying here because the cleanliness was excellent, the toiletries were comprehensive, the hairdryer was very good, and there was underfloor heating and an oxygen machine. I still wouldn't recommend staying in those teahouse-style accommodations.

I stayed at this hotel from June 5-7 2026. The official check in time is listed at 2 pm. They did not give me access to my room until after 4 pm. Furthermore, laundry is listed as included service and they said their facility was not working and had to send it somewhere else. They charged me a hefty fee. I believe it’s a misnomer for this hotel to call themselves “international” This hotel really only caters to Chinese speaking populations, which is fine and the typical situation in Lhasa, but to be more accurate, the hotel shouldn’t make the claim “international.” That would typically imply better more comprehensive services for people outside of one population and nationality. This hotel is listed as 5 stars in Lhasa. I have traveled to many countries and stayed in many 5 star hotels. According to my experience, this hotel doesn’t measure up to a 5 star standard. Perhaps it did in the past. 5 star hotels typically have much better restaurants and dining options. The room was clean and I had a nice view.
