I live this hotel 4nights,have very bad experience in the hotel, second day I order breakfast, a girl who seems do not like to service me, I did not know how I make her so unhappy since we never met before. Third day same, but the last morning is terrible, she did not serve me, the cooker has to come to me say hello then help me.
Check out is same. See their receipt, no hotel name and brand, is this really best hotel in Hilton?!

The room is very big, very clean, the service attitude is very good, the transportation is convenient, the beach is across the road from the hotel, and there is a Japanese and Korean restaurant downstairs in the Conrad Hotel next to it, which is delicious. I will stay again next time. It is very good👍

I must say I almost didn't book through Trip.com after reading some of the negative comments but that was NOT my experience at all! I saved money significantly by booking through them for the Oceanfront Suite and was able to confirm with the Hilton property right away that I was confirmed for what I booked. I would definitely book using Trip.com again in the future. The hotel itself was in an amazing location, great room view and value for the price. A few updates would make it exceptional but overall was still great.

My review is a little late but My husband and I with our 2 kids, stayed at the W and we had a great experience. We were there the last week of July. We stayed for 8 days. The hotel is beautiful, very upscale. Lots of amenities. From when we checked in, everyone was super nice. We had a great view of the beach from our Balcony. We stayed on the 21st floor and our floor was very quiet. Our room was very clean, always smelled good as soon as you would walk out of the elevator into the hallways. Hotel was very clean. Our room was always serviced. The room was super nice. Great access to the beach. Valet service was great, everyone was super nice. We did not eat at the hotel though because it was pretty pricey. Overall we had a great experience and definitely would return back to the W in the future.

Good location, there is a supermarket near the mall, walking to the beach in ten minutes. If you are staying in Fort Lauderdale for a long time, it is recommended to stay. For in-house facilities, the price is slightly higher than similar hotels.

Booked specifically a room with ocean view. Got a room with a construction view that didn’t let me sleep. Room was supposed to be a king size bed but got a queen size bed. What did I pay my money for?

GGuest UserThe hotel was decent enough for a 1-night stay before our flight the next day.
The condition off the room itself was a little run down but very clean.
The onsite pool wasn't anything special but sufficiently suitable for a dip to cool off.
The onsite restaurant was had very generous portions at a fair price (for the area).
The beach-front location was amazing and the service we experienced was top notch.
Given that this was the cheapest option in the vicinity at the time, overall, it was a good value and we would seriously consider staying here again should the opportunity arise.
GGuest UserWhen we got to the hotel (on time), the room was not ready. We were told to wait on the roof deck. That was fine because there was bar up there. But when we got there the bar was not open. So we had basically nothing to do while waiting for our room. So we had to take a walk down the road and cross a very busy road to go somewhere for food and drink. When we finally got our room a couple hours later (no discount for the missing hours we had no access to the room of course), the room was cute and clean. There was no lock on the bathroom door. At night we went down to the bar, as did everyone else staying there, and there was only one bartender/waitress for everyone which made service extremely slow.
When it was time for sleep the light would not go out. We had to sleep with the light on all night. But other than that it was great!! LOL
GGuest UserPlace was awesome friendly guest staff and availibilty of the pool and restarant was awesome they sell beer and wine in the restaurant that you can twke back into your room and also a full bar for you to enjoy while you eat the hotel was under renevations which we did not know but the staff still tried to appease our every need the main restaurant was out of commision for now but theh made due with a side room im sure everything will be in tip top shape there soon they progressed very fast on the building during our one week stay highly reccomend its about 2 miles from the beach and las olas blvd cheap ubers and very close to the airport 10/10 would go again
QQueenxEchoThe room was a studio apartment and all remodeled . It was beautiful . All of the staff members were so nice and helpful the only little problem was the hundreds of sugar ants but it’s ok it was still worth it
GGuest UserRocketstay is awful. Pain to use, slow, cumbersome, check in extraordinarily late so they can charge extra to check in early, extremely early check out. This place was advertised at $130/night, and at the end of the rocketstay fees it was $200/night. Not worth it.
GGuest UserEverything was excellent! We had to stay for an uncertain amount of time in Fort Lauderdale due to family circumstances and one of the managers was very friendly and helpful and did all that she could to accommodate us. Apart from that, everything else was fine too really, very good breakfast, clean rooms , lots of amenities, good location.
The only thing that was a pity is that the swimming pool is currently under maintenance (for a few more months) but we were given a free pass for using the facilities of a gym across the street.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to others too!
SSeraphim MarcusDue to my physical limitations and immobility, I needed the accessibility room and Arlene was most helpful assigning me the room! Mateo, Danielle & Karyl are all part of my pleasant stay. They are warmth, caring and friendly. Their Five Stars Services from the Heart could at any day, anytime, stand toe to toe with any 5 Stars Hoteliers!
They are truly an asset to the Hospitality Industry. Please do award them some form of accolades. Thank you.
Eric.
CCroneNice hotel in great location with direct access to the beach and local restaurants.
Service was OK, the team always seemed to be trying hard to deliver best possible service, only exception was at the Breeze Cafe during the daytime where the lady really appeared to lack interest in being at work.
Wonderful pool area which was surprisingly busy and good atmosphere watching the Fifa World Cup on tvs at the bar.
Room was OK, good facilities. Only criticism was door lock to balcony didn't work and there was a horrendous smell on first day - like a dead animal or wet carpet?. I left the balcony door open whilst in the room to air it out which seemed to resolve it.
DDutchiesDuring our trip through Florida, we had the pleasure of staying one night at the Ocean Reef Hotel, and it was truly a great experience. Upon arrival, we found the reception closed, but it wasn’t long before a very friendly lady came to assist us with check-in. She had just gone out to grab a bite to eat, which is completely understandable – everyone needs food! Once we got to our hotel room, we were pleased to find it clean, well-maintained, and above average in size. Although there were a few minor maintenance issues, what mattered most was that the beds were extremely comfortable and everything was spotless.
After checking in, we went out for a meal, but upon returning, we discovered that the parking lot was nearly full, making it difficult to find a spot. Without even needing to ask, a very helpful staff member on the night shift immediately resolved the issue by assigning us a great parking space near the entrance. This thoughtful service made a huge difference. Throughout the night, this gentleman also conducted a round of checks, which gave us a great sense of security. The hotel itself was quiet, and we had a restful night's sleep. The bathroom facilities, including the toilet and shower, were also impeccably clean.
In the morning, when we checked out, the same lady who helped us with check-in was there again, and once more, we were greeted with kindness and a friendly smile.
This hotel is definitely a place I would return to during a Florida road trip. I highly recommend it and want to thank the staff for their excellent care. It’s absolutely a place to revisit.
