I usually stay at Hyatts and Hilton properties cause they always have good customer service, decent prices and clean rooms. While traveling this time I decided to stay at the courtyard by Marriott. I'm impressed.... from the front counter guy Mike who has excellant customer service skills and great recommendations, to my nice clean room which is also important. Thanks Marriott and Mike again for making my stay enjoyable, I'll be back!

I will be mailing a more formal letter of compliant with the BBB on my beyond disappointing stay. To say the least this facility should NEVER be open to the public under such conditions of renovations when it interrupts guests experience. The prices should have been motel rates during such period. Huge ditch greeted in the foyer upon arrival, overwhelming funky odor from grossly soiled carpeting as well. Run down EVERYTHING that was screaming update, to which the room should have been deeply discounted. No proper protection on the mattresses given ALL the concerns of a Pandemic. Cigarette burns on tub, rotting wood on doors, musky A/C units/drapes that were halfway put up without the sheer panels for lighting/privacy. NO HOT SHOWER for EACH NIGHT to which I had to take bird baths in the sink two nights and my final night go upstairs to my SISTER’S ROOM! Unacceptable, they sent maintenance that only confirmed what I knew that the sink and tub gets hot! I NEEDED THE SHOWER TO RELIEVE LONG DAYS OF CARING FOR MY ELDERLY FATHER. And to that point, yes upon booking I may have lacked verbiage “Accessible room” but did say he was 90 and that alone should have been an opportunity for staff/Rep to SUGGEST their customer SERVICE/SALES skills! The hour was late and my father was already settled 80% bedridden so no switching wasn’t applicable after flying in from NJ. The next day the choices by Mell were poor on a floor grossly under construction and rooms that screamed mold/Dust. Trashy halls with over filled bins that spilled onto the floor. Just a complete dissatisfied 3day nightmare that should have been a pleasant experience for MY FAMILY REUNION especially as we blocked over a dozen rooms for our family. Overnight clerk did her best to accommodate and relay msgs to day staff/mgmt however to no avail. Even the pool area was unkept and should have been swept free of debris including the pool. Please refund me one more night as the ONLY hot SHOWER I received was from my own efforts and thank God my sister was there to use her SHOWER.

According to the standards of the Samsung Hotel, it is very good. The rooms are large and the facilities are OK. Although they are a bit old, they are also complete. There are ironing boards, hair dryers, and coffee machines. No slippers. Breakfast was ok, but it was the same every day. The service staff was friendly. An English newspaper is delivered to the door every morning, and free oranges are available in the lobby. The disadvantage is that only two bottles of mineral water will be delivered on the first day and the rest of the time will no longer be delivered. Live here because it is closer to the university we work with. The surroundings are pretty good.

My experience at this days inn was amazing. I thought when I first came that it was not good place to stay! But I was wrong Mariah at the front desk is incredible she is very outgoing and she made me feel welcomed. She was by herself at the front desk and she was fast and professional. They need more people like her at the front desk. I definitely will be back to stay for my next business trip! The rooms on the fifth floor was great and a great view. I recommend this hotel.

This was absolutely the best Marriott that I've ever stayed at, by far. It was spotlessly clean and the staff could not be more helpful and professional everyone that I came in contact with!! The location was perfect as I was going to a show and it was right around the corner. My compliments to Assistant General Manager Debra Smith who was always available and went above and beyond to ensure 100% satisfaction. I noticed her with other guests, being just as hospitable. I also noticed her with staff members and she was very encouraging, kind, and motivating. She is the real deal, a true gem! The entire staff was outstanding I cannot wait to go back. Thank you!

The biggest problem is that the train is too close to the train until twelve o'clock at night and noisy and can't sleep, so I have to put earplugs into my ears, which is uncomfortable and affects the quality of sleep. This problem cannot be solved

Our customer service representative was absolutely amazing! Share he gave us great customer service and recommended a great restaurant to eat. After we came back we went to the jacuzzi and that was nice. After we were ready to relax for the night and it was late,I dropped something behind the nightstand and found panties! We were so tired we decided to address it at checkout. Got up at 230 am to catch a flight and we had no hot water! When we were ready to checkout no one could be found to say anything.

Plenty of nearby eateries and shopping. Easy access to FLL airport and port, in case you have scheduled a cruise. Reasonable parking cost and plenty of local activities. The facility is located in a very well lit and secure area of Fort Lauderdale. Parking at the hotel was secure and well lit. Easy access to both Ft Lauderdale beaches, florida toll road and west coast florida.
