Galleryone - a DoubleTree Suites by Hilton

Hotel is quite dirty and old, one washroom had a very pungent ********* smell and toilet did not work. Location is great though

The main lobby and garden were very nice. You can rest on a long chair and relax. I didn’t have breakfast there, so I cannot recommend it. The rooms are a bit old-fashioned, not in line with the main lobby.

Great location, hotel looks nice, only issue is the room could use a bit of updating. Also if you drive be prepared for the valet fees…

We recently stayed at GalleryOne - DoubleTree by Hilton in Fort Lauderdale for four nights, and overall, it was a decent experience with some highs and lows. Pros: The location is excellent—close to the beach and shopping malls, making it very convenient for a holiday. Our room was spacious, which we appreciated. We had a half view of the pool and half a view of the dumpster, though the latter was occasionally noisy. The front desk staff was accommodating; we arrived early, and the receptionist kindly allowed us to check in ahead of time, which we were very grateful for. Cons: While our housekeeping staff was very sweet, the cleaning quality didn’t quite meet the standard expected from a Hilton property and could use some improvement. The pool was not well-maintained—it was dirty when we arrived, and despite our four-day stay, it was never cleaned. Overall, while the location and room size were great, the maintenance and housekeeping aspects need attention to meet Hilton’s usual high standards.

Great location! Staff is very nice! Rooms are clean and good size.

Room is over all clean, don't expect perfect when you getting a pretty big space. Breakfast is $30 per person 1/10 for that alone Bar is cook and lobby is nice. My biggest concern that really upset me was. There was never any fresh towels at the pool, after going to the front desk and asking for towels they made me wait 25 minutes. I was told over and over again there coming they kept "calling house keeping" when I asked to speak to the person in charge or can you guys just got get them...they said "no he's busy" to busy for a customer. I'm never one to complain but 25 minutes for towels is not okay. I only got the towels because the manger came out on the phone and I ask him to go get them and he seemed to be so annoyed a customers is asking for help. Not okay put you customer service above everything else
