裝修風格很喜歡，打掃的很乾凈，備有一次性浴巾，卸粧水和卸粧棉很貼心，投影非常棒像在家裡一樣可以追劇，離清暉園很近，周邊有好多餐飲店，覓食很方便，下次來順德還會選擇這家。

房間大小合適，電視投屏不錯，交通方便，離景區很近，比較貼合生活區。退房時間如果可以調成下午14點比較好。

衞生：不錯，挺乾淨的
環境：與大良鐘樓一條馬路之隔，距離清暉園400-500米，樓下就有好多好吃的
設施：非常貼心的配套，還給我們女生配了卸粧油和卸粧棉，有投影，和奇異果會員，晚上可以看電影。
非常棒的一次體驗！價格也實惠！

房間位置確實很好，下樓走幾步就是清暉園了，周圍那些出名的好吃的都有。不過民宿確實衞生問題不如酒店，床單即便換了一床上面還都是有好幾根頭髮。大樓也建成很多年了，確實設備有點老舊。但是老闆迴應還是很及時的，打不開門，門口等兩分鐘老闆就來開門了。

有一次性的浴巾和馬桶墊。住的1115，馬桶漏水，流的衞生間地板都是水，過一段時間就自動進水很吵，特別是晚上，不用要關掉水閥門。固定花灑的壞了，沒法調角度，衹能卡在熱水器下面，女生洗頭都需要彎腰。床品看着比較舊。陽台外面是學校，如果白天要睡懶覺的會比較吵。

房子很寬敞，床睡的挺舒服的，衞生方面挺好的，房東很仔細回覆信息所有問題都解決，還會發周邊的景點美食和遊玩地方

公寓地理位置很棒，佛山地鐵3號線大良鐘樓站走過來5-10分鐘，從酒店出來穿過馬路就清輝園和華蓋路步行街，打車到漁人碼頭也不遠，附近有新世界百貨等一眾商場超市，周邊餐廳也很多。公寓房間很大且乾淨，大陽台洗曬衣物非常方便，窗外是個學校面對操場很空曠，沒有樓和樓貼得很近的那種壓迫感。

整潔乾淨，洗澡水很大，就是手持花灑需要維修，滋水厲害。帶個小陽台，適合晾衣服，還準備了叉子，陽台上方有三個空調外機。空調是奧克斯，象拖拉機般轟鳴，關了空調內機，外面的其他2個外機轟隆隆。阿姨收拾衞生停好的。離牌坊街很近。
