My daughter and i usually stay in this hotel for two weeks each year during Christmas/New Year holidays. The hotel is like a home away from home for us. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and filled with sunlights during the day. Location is great, walking distance to shops and restaurants.
Soundproof wasn't great in the room I had this year, we can hear people next door loud and clear, but staff addressed the issue promptly after I raised it with the front desk.
The elevators could get really packed when there are tour groups or conference guests staying, there are only 2 of them servicing 20+ floors.
Regardless, pleasant stay overall.
