1. I found a lace dress left by the previous guest in the corner of the bedside table, and I immediately felt bad.
2. The soundproofing is really bad. I can hear any sound in the corridor clearly. I don't know if it's the water pipes or the elevator. It's so noisy.
3. I paid extra to book a business king room, but I couldn’t even open my suitcase in the room. If I don’t upgrade, what size room can I get?
