Foshan Sanshui District Hotels

My daughter and i usually stay in this hotel for two weeks each year during Christmas/New Year holidays. The hotel is like a home away from home for us. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and filled with sunlights during the day. Location is great, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Soundproof wasn't great in the room I had this year, we can hear people next door loud and clear, but staff addressed the issue promptly after I raised it with the front desk. The elevators could get really packed when there are tour groups or conference guests staying, there are only 2 of them servicing 20+ floors. Regardless, pleasant stay overall.

Perfect business hotel in the middle of cafes with all amenities. Very clean and nice rooms. Services were excellent and responsive to questions and help.

Environment: There is a pleasant smell as soon as you enter the door. The overall environment is okay. Hygiene: After checking in and resting, I went out the next day and asked them to continue cleaning. The cleaning was very good. Unexpectedly, two bananas and some mints were also given🤣. Just took a picture of this. No other hotel I have been to is so user-friendly.

The two lifts here are almost packed during office hours as the guests had to share the same lifts with other people that are working in offices located at other floors and also, guests for maternity confinement centers. Major security issue as almost anyone can tailgate the guests to the hotel floors.

The hotel lobby is very beautiful and grand! The front desk staff provided good service. The upgraded room has a balcony and a bathtub🛁, and papaya peanut chicken feet soup was also given, which was very delicious! It was very good to stay again. The stay experience was great~ The front desk was warm and polite. If there was not enough water to drink, they gave me a bottle of water directly. A small robot would deliver the takeaway to the room. The sanitation was also very clean every day, which was great. Among the hotels of this price around Wanda, it is really great~ I will come here again on my next business trip

This hotel was a wonderful surprise.  We had not been to this area before and didn't know what to expect.  While the hotel exterior is standard, our room was really lovely, with a nice bathtub, great lighting and a big, round bed!  The hotel staff at the desk, in the breakfast area and the housekeeping were all very nice.  While there is not much around the hotel, a short ride will bring you to a choice of shopping malls and great restaurants.  This hotel is a nice diamond in the rough!

The design style of the hotel is very unique, the room is full of warm atmosphere, and the staff Xiao Dan is also very enthusiastic, making me feel at home. The beds are clean and the pillows and quilts are very comfortable. The laundry room arranged in the room is on the same floor, which is very considerate. There are many varieties of breakfast and it is quite rich. It is a good choice to go shopping at the nearby Beijiang Embankment and enjoy the evening breeze.

The environment is very clean, the customer service attitude at the front desk is very good, the cleaning aunt is also very kind, very kind, very close to Southwest Central Primary School, very convenient, it would be nice if the sound of the TV next door could be lowered.

Overall their service is very good. The location is just located beside San Shui mall. After staying for two days, they give a free upgrade to an AI room. The staffs are helpful. And allow late checkout. Just a downside the sink smells like vomit, not sure if its coincident or careless clean up.
