No exaggeration! If you are traveling by car, the location is absolutely great ~ the living functions nearby are good, there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which can be reached in about five minutes by car ~ it takes less than 30 to an hour to get to the city or nearby famous attractions Wait, the point is that the residential environment here is very comfortable and quiet! The room is also very comfortable and clean. The service staff here are also very kind. I like it very much!

This is a great hotel. Very clean, budget friendly, easy to get to with spacious rooms and close to various amenities like dining, shopping & movies. The staff is very nice and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the vicinity of Boston & it's suburbs.

The hotel is new and the lobby is warm on a cold and rainy day. The good thing about a new hotel is that the walk-in shower is very convenient. The bad thing is that as soon as you enter the room, there are two bottles of water, and the discount for each bottle is 3 US dollars, which is really outrageous.

Hotel environment: very new, only opened in 2018, all facilities are very new and clean, the lobby has a public internet area, gym and a mini swimming pool (suitable for children). English breakfast is served free of charge, not very rich, but it's OK. There is an outlet 11 minutes away from the hotel, which can satisfy everyone's shopping needs. Uber is also very convenient in the past. Although it's a half-hour drive from Newton, it's a little bit, but the price is very high. The business hotel managed by Hilton is still very guaranteed! Room: The toilet facilities are very new and clean, with shower gel and shampoo supply, iron and hair dryer available. Please bring your own if you don’t have slippers (a North American hotel feature). The room we booked also has a simple kitchen, microwave and refrigerator, cutlery, tea cups, plates are provided. There are two 1.5-meter beds and a sofa bed in the room, enough for 5 people (for six adults, the sofa bed is a bit crowded. The sofa bed is only about 1.2 meters), the carpets and curtains are very new, and the air conditioning is also very new because of North America The hotel is basically window-type without a split body, the air conditioner is very noisy and loud after a long time, and it is impossible to sleep with the heating or air-conditioning all night. I just recently stayed at this hotel Four Points by Sheraton in Norwood. I will say thank you to Jane, Front Office Manager, she was very helpfull from when I check-in till the end. She gives me some details, where to visit, and shopping area. The Restaurant Bistro very nice, food are great. Not even to mention Zaccharia's Restaurant for breakfast is very very good. I will definitely recommend this hotel. What about the room, spacious and comfortable and clean. A Big Thank you too all staff👏👏👏👏👏👌

When I arrived to this hotel for my one night stay, I was warmly greeted by Cloe. 10 minutes before my arrival, I called the hotel and Cloe professionally answered the phone and gave me all the details about my stay. During the check in process, Cloe was very delightful, professional and very friendly. Also Irlene at the front desk was very friendly. It is a pleasure to go to a hotel and feel welcomed and being exposed to people who really care about guests and the hotel. Cloe is a great asset to that property. Great job!

I was supposed to pick up my vehicle from a garage relatively near this hotel, after hours. I was unable to do so and ended up having to stay here out of necessity as my home is about an hour away. I had just gotten in from 2 weeks of vacation, I spent the entire day on two separate airplanes to get into Boston, and then to be unable to pick up my vehicle in order to finish my drive home, was frustrating. Thankfully I was able to book a very last minute room (1130pm!) at the Fairfield Marriott Boston Walpole location. The front desk was extremely friendly and accommodating and empathetic. I wasn't thrilled at having to pay almost $250 for a room. I wouldn't spend more than a few hours in, but I was able to get a late check out which allowed me to get some sleep after a long day of travel and to fix my car arrangement to finish my trip. So, aside from the price, being able to book the room so last minute and having a warm welcome when I arrived was very pleasant. I was happy to not have to go anywhere for some food and picked up a couple items out of their little mini mart by the front desk, and their free breakfast was certainly helpful in the morning. Though a bit limited. The room itself is nice, although I found a few items that obviously hadn't been restocked ( just a small miss I'm sure), And as I had gotten a 3:00 p.m. check out. When I checked in the night before, I was able to get some sleep, although the first knock from housekeeping came around 10:00. I explained to the staff member that I had a late check out of 3:00 p.m., and went back to get some sleep. The second knock came at 2:00 p.m. by the same staff member who I had previously informed of the 3:00 p.m. check out. I stayed with Marriott because I do appreciate being loyal to their brand, their hotels are usually top notch for my travel, and while most of what I went through the previous night had nothing to do with them, this certainly was not my best stay at a Marriott.

We visit the area often and have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn down the road. We wanted to stay here this time because of the bigger room size. I gave this property 3 stars instead of 4 because of the filthy hallway carpets. As first impressions go, walking down the hallway to the elevator, we saw terribly stained carpeting. From the elevator to the back entrance there were several large stains and one cringe worthy stain that I took a picture of that we passed multiple times a day. This leaves a bad feeling with us. This needs to be addressed immediately. I understand this hotel just underwent a major update. It shows in the decor and modern fixtures in the lobby and room. The front desk staff were very friendly and competent. Our room was clean and comfortable. Everything was brand new. I was the first to use the hairdryer. Breakfast was adequate. Sausage tasted dry like it had been microwaved. Little individual cheese omelet were rubbery. Reasonably priced excellent breakfast can be found 12 minutes away at As Good As It Gets in Norwood.
