The room is small, shabby, equal to motel in China, cheapest one. This hotel ruined my holiday. Why Frankfurt is in such a mess today? Because you welcomed too many non-sense, unpolished, rude and not educated people! You gave them the so-called mercy, they returned with chaos. Everything is ****ty, people are lying on the ground everywhere, rubbish all over the street, police wandering with gun...I dared not going out after arriving this ****ty hotel through the chaos surroundings. Finally, the hotel charged my small dog EUR50 per night, with this price, total 165(with parking 25), who would have chosen such a stupid hotel? So I canceled my booking on second day and deleted honor app immediately. Will never ever come to Frankfurt again. Horrible experience. The city is not the one as before

Besides, this hotel is relatively close to the train station. Others are very average. The price is also very high among similar hotels. I will not choose this hotel next time.
