It's an older building so hallways floors have some stains and rooms may have some marks on the walls also.
But it's clean and great location.
Staff were friendly
I'd stay again.

Hotel is near Hakata station with a convenience store round the corner. It's easy to underestimate this hotel at first glance. It's small but well designed, so the small floor area of the room is not really a problem as anticipated. The front desk staff spoke very good English which compensated for our broken Japanese. The dining area may not be big, but the breakfast spread offers both variety and taste. Would love to be back on our next trip to Fukuoka.

Great hotel for the size . Very convenient and just around the corner from the Fukuoka train station /main entrance .
Easy to find and 7-11 and star bucks a few minutes away
Staff very pleasant and helpful
Nice assortment of Daily breakfast buffet ..western and local flavor
Great 24/7 assorted coffee
Amenities available every afternoon includes indivisible tea powder , bath salt, brush , shaver, cream /cleansing , q-tip equivalent and more
Taxi can be called or walk over to train station.

Many shops and food eateries at train station
