The front desk staff wasn’t really rude but wasn’t friendly either. The staff on the hostel and restaurant floor was kinda polite and tried to communicate with me in English even though I can speak Japanese. The pod is clean and comfy. I really enjoyed the hot tub.

This capsule hotel is in a very convenient location. The spa is a great way to wind down after a long day of sightseeing--it's not crowded after midnight when only guests, not passers-by, are allowed to use it. If only there were one tiny bathroom within the capsule area. It's a drag to have to get dressed in the middle of the night if you have to get up and answer a call of nature, because you have to pass through a common area. I guess I'll bring a light robe next time. Overall, this is a great place.

Nice spa like good onsen. So near to the subway line station to Fukuoka airport. Only 2 stations away. The clerk kindly showed me the way. The system looks very new to me but I was get used to it gradually. I could walk to Nakaskawabata station too. Pretty enjoyable experience in Hakata.

It was good facility and cleaned. Especially the location of the hotel is very closed to shopping mall and Hakata station so I could be used a airport bus to move to Hukuoka airport. Thank you
