The hotel is a bit far from Hakata Station, and it is a 10-15 minute walk away. The room is compact, and there is a peculiar smell when the air conditioner is turned on. You can only close it and open the window for ventilation. The hygiene is average. The hotel provides free breakfast, and the variety is OK. After breakfast, the hotel has a free shuttle to Hakata Station and Fukuoka Airport, which is good.

Haha, I made a reservation, but it was booked for 2 people, so I was alone in the 4-person room. If you just book a 4-person room for 2 people, it seems like the two of you can just use it. Honestly, if you want to rent a room by yourself, the price is similar to a hotel. Instead, the room is very spacious, so there is no stuffy feeling. Really, next time I'm going to stay here instead of the hotel. Highly recommended.. The bathroom is clean, there are toothbrushes, slippers, towels, everything is provided as basics. ㅜGood, good, good.

Self-service check-in and check-out. I didn't see any service staff the whole time, which was a very novel experience. The room is very large, it is a two-bedroom and two-living room apartment. The split-level design of the living room is a bit confusing. In fact, the size of a normal living room is enough for a large family to live in. The hygiene is slightly worse than other hotels in Japan, but it is acceptable. Towels and toiletries are provided in sufficient quantities. There is also a Japanese garden near the downstairs, which is marked on the map. You can go there when you have time. The disadvantage is that you cannot store your luggage at the self-service check-in. You must leave with your luggage at 11 o'clock, otherwise the door will not open. The luggage storage at Hakata Station is often full, so it is recommended to arrange the itinerary reasonably if you want to play around the surrounding area after checking out.

The top floor of the hotel has a great view of the hot spring. Breakfast is delicious but if repeated daily it will be a bit boring. So if you stay for multiple days in a row be careful not to eat the same breakfast every day. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the MTR station. If you take a taxi from the airport to this hotel should not cost about five thousand yen. A slightly aged hotel, but still very functional, spacious and comfortable. Our plan also included the access to the GRAND CLUB whole day, which provides breakfast, refreshments during the day, and all kinds of wine paired with a good collection of food at night at their cocktail hour. And yes all the food in breakfast and at the cocktail hour were great. The location is fine, though you do need to travel back to hakata station or tenjin station depending on your itinerary

Perfect location with 5mins walk to Hakata Station. Nice staff, room clean and tidy, size is good enough to pack your luggage. Hotel breakfast also delicious, will definitely stay in this hotel again. Highly recommended.

Good hotel is a very convenient location, near Canal City . Rate is a bit overpriced but seems like Fukuoka hotels rates are a bit more than other places in Japan . I didn’t try the breakfast .but rooms beds were comfortable and it is a good place to stay. Front desk lady from Nepal was very kind and helpful speaking English .

Room is larger than most hotels in Fukuoka but bathroom needs to be updated with old fashioned taps to mix hot & cold water. Amazing breakfast buffet spread with even a 'live' onigiri station.

Room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The shower water pressure was excellent. Convenient locations with lots of great restaurant options nearby.

Good location, size of the room is decent. The ladies outdoor bath is closed during my visit. There is late night food stall right across the street and their ramen and dumplings were outstanding. I also had a bbq beef lunch set near the hotel with a very reasonable price. They provide shopping coupons for lalaport at the lobby. Make sure you get them before heading to lala port ;) Overall, I enjoyed the stay and will visit again!
