The location is very strategic but the cleanliness and service of the facilities are very lacking. I found the hair rolls in the towels very disgusting.

The location is perfect. The air conditioning in some rooms was not adjustable, which was a pain.

There is serious dust in the room. The dust screen of the air conditioner has not been cleared for an unknown period of time. The dust has blocked the return air of the air conditioner, resulting in a serious shortage of air output. There is also a thin layer of dust on the exhaust fan of the toilet and shower room. The facilities in the room have not been repaired. Okay, the hanging rods and shelves for hanging clothes also want to fall down, and the upper bed can also have no railings...

There was a convenience store nearby so it was very convenient.

My experience of staying in this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights excellent: 1. There is a convenience store downstairs 2. Close to subway station and JR lack: 1. Not suitable for family travelers. The surrounding area at night is full of special industries and there is no information to be found. If I had known earlier, I would not have booked this area. 2. The room price is too expensive but not worth it. The room is very small and there is not enough space to open the 28-inch suitcase. 3. The curtains in the room cannot block the sunlight, they are completely transparent and covered with dust. In fact, the floor was covered with dust and hair when I checked into the room. 4. Mold on the walls of toilets and bathrooms 5. When we arrived at the hotel entrance, we couldn't find the name of the hotel at all. The location was confirmed by the car rental master. There was no hotel lobby and the corridor was dark and narrow. Fortunately, there was no fire alarm. If I paid 5,000 yen a night, I would have no complaints, but I paid 30,000 yen a night to get this result. I really can't accept it. I have blacklisted this hotel group. The location was good.

The kids loved it so much. Both the water park and Innifini Pool were nice because they were heated pools. Two families of four booked two family ocean view rooms, and it was nice to have a jacuzzi. The view from the terrace was amazing, and the room was spacious, but if I had to point out one thing that was disappointing, it would be that there was only one bathroom. Still, I promised to stay two nights next time and come back with the kids. The kids were a little disappointed with the breakfast, perhaps because they had high expectations because it was a famous breakfast restaurant. I think the buffet at Swan Dor Resort in Nha Trang was the best.

The hotel is very well managed. Even there is no reception. But there is everything for guests. It's very good.

The hotel check-in system was inconvenient, and other groups I didn't know were quite embarrassed to check in using tablets. There was no separate front desk, and of course, there were no staff in sight. ㅠ The internal facilities were a bit strange and the heating equipment (air conditioner) was noisy due to poor cleaning conditions. I couldn't sleep. But why is accommodation so expensive? I don't want to go a second time.
