This hotel is conveniently located very close to the train station. Despite the rainy weather during our stay, we were able to walk to the hotel with minimal exposure to the rain, which was extremely convenient.
Our room featured unique decorative elements that made our stay truly memorable and special. The front desk staff was exceptionally polite and professional, leaving a very positive impression with their attentive service.
However, we were disappointed to find that amenities such as towels were only provided for one person, despite our reservation clearly indicating that we were traveling with a child (elementary school age). This oversight was unfortunate and somewhat inconvenient.
Despite this minor issue with the amenities, I would recommend this hotel overall. The excellent location, distinctive room design, and outstanding customer service make it a great choice for travelers.

I had a pleasant stay for 4 nights in this hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms, with excellent location, just a few minutes walking distance from Hakata Station.
Standard amenities are provided in the room, with facial lotion, teabags, cotton pads etc. available for collection on the lobby. The bed and pillows are good. I also enjoyed the shower , with excellent water supply/ pressure.
Coffee and soft drinks are provided on the lobby from 2:30 to 9 pm. Washing machines and dryers are available on two floors.
Breakfast is good, with quite a variety of food provided. Ramen and udon are supplied on alternate days.

Quite noisy at night as it is near the JR station and no ear plugs were provided. Requested a higher floor but was given the lowest floor.

Location is great. 1 min walk to the underpass and it’s linked to many restaurants and mall.
It’s a small hotel. Room is small but spacious toilet. Bathtub and standing shower available. We like the toilet.
The only issue we had was seeing a dirty cloth left by housekeeping in my room AND it was on top of my open luggage which my clean stuff was there. I was upset and called the front desk. The staff came up as he could not understand what I was saying. * The staff are not good in English. In the end I passed the dirty cloth to him.
I took taxi 2 way from hotel from airport and it’s around 2200-2400 yen each trip.
Overall, we had a good stay as the bed was comfortable too.

The hotel’s location is very good. The staff is nice and polite, and they could provide useful information of parking. The room is clean and they replied promptly when I need help.
