房間乾淨智能，前台服務熱情，客人進出酒店都主動打招呼。有機器人送外賣。我是帶着孩子入住的，小朋友喜歡機器人，正好想讓前台多送兩瓶水，前台很貼心的説讓機器人送，跟小朋友一起上去，這個小細節值得表揚，到房間後，整個房間很明亮，衞生好，水壓足，周邊吃飯也挺方便，從阜陽西打車過來很近，很愉快的一次入住體驗。
