From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was attracted by the ancient atmosphere here. I would like to especially thank the hotel's front desk service team. After my first night there, the front desk lady called me the next day to ask if there was any noise at night and whether I needed to change rooms. The meticulous service made me feel very warm and at ease. The room was spacious and bright, with simple decoration and soft beds and quilts, ensuring that I could get a good rest after a busy day. The hotel also thoughtfully prepared a wide variety of breakfast, afternoon tea, and supper. The waiters were friendly, making my dining experience more pleasant. In addition, the hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation around it, making it easier to get a taxi. Thanks again for the hotel's excellent service!

During meals, I was pleasantly surprised. Following the guidance of the restaurant staff, I tried Fuyang's specialty ”Gelatio” for the first time. The rich flavor of sesame paste is still unforgettable to me—it's truly one of China's delicious cuisines, and I never expected to taste it at Atour Hotel. The waiter is warm and thoughtful and almost responsive. Hygiene and clean, living at ease, I have lived for several days in a row. 3. The price in this small town is 288 yuan per night, almost as high as Hangzhou, minus five points.
4. Not every Four Seasons hotel has that ”whatever” painting you call a livestream room. Truly understanding the hotel experience is what you should be doing, not dwelling on the crappy corporate culture. Five points for your crappy leadership.
Summary: It's fine for a quick stay if you're bored, but it's best not to choose it for business travel.

The only downside was the cleaning lady who also worked as a room attendant.
