I decided to stay an extra night and moved into another room. There was a torrential rainstorm and the 2nd floor corridor was flooded. Rainwater also came into my room. The staff worked very hard to clear the water. When I checked out, the lady on reception was not particularly friendly. Hardly looking up from her phone/laptop when I gave her my room key. I did not recognise her, was she a manager? The other receptionists and members of staff were very pleasant and helpful, though. A disappointing end to an otherwise pleasant stay.

Advantages: 1 meal is really good, breakfast, dinner, afternoon tea, there is a drink yogurt roast sweet potato at the front desk, breakfast is really delicious! There is also soup! I love it!
2. I like the small design of the hotel bathroom. The enclosed small space is very warm. The mat below is non-slip. The place where the shower gel shampoo conditioner is placed is a recessed wall hole. It is very convenient to put things.
3. The service is very intimate, and I will ask if I can eat or not, parking is very convenient, the front desk is very intimate
4. Living in winter, the air conditioner is very powerful. wait
Disadvantages: 1. The central air conditioning sound is a bit loud, but it is very warm
The window is a little bit tight, you can check it
3. The shower is a bit leaky, and these facilities are recommended for regular maintenance by the hotel.
Others are very satisfied, friends said that if you open all over the country, you will not have to go out in the hotel like a holiday hahaha

The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. As were the housekeeping staff. Room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious. Stayed for 1 night only and intend to return. Highly recommended.

AAnonymous UserStaying at Yuxiangshe Hotel completely exceeded expectations! The front desk lady is gentle and patient. I repeatedly confirmed the check-out policy and surrounding traffic. She answered them one by one, and the language was standardized and professional. The free afternoon tea in the lobby is an unexpected joy. The exquisite refreshments are double online, the flower tea is warm and delicious, and the simple and elegant lobby environment is equipped with a simple and elegant lobby environment. The fatigue of the journey is instantly dissipated. The room facilities are complete, the hot water supply is sufficient, the bedding is clean and odorless, and the printing service provided by the front desk is too intimate for me on business trips. I will choose here next time I travel!

Convenient location. Great service with friendly staff who are eager to please. Nice breakfast. Free onsite laundry. They even offer free simple dinner but I did not get a chance to try. Overall a great chain hotel though the hardware start showing its age. I have stayed here three times and each I was a great experience. There are some higher end hotels in town but they are on the outskirts of the town. This is the best hotel in the town center.

2288198****Since staying at this hotel, I have booked here every time I travel. The staff has a very good service attitude. As soon as I enter, I feel that the view is very wide. The waiter is warm and thoughtful and almost responsive. Hygiene and clean, living at ease, I have lived for several days in a row. The rooms are in good condition and the Chinese style is atmospheric. All services are satisfactory, and I will choose this one in the future, which has become my first choice for travel. Very recommended hotel.

I stumbled upon this excellent accommodation. The facilities are complete, it's clean, the surrounding environment is quiet with a small park, the front desk staff are friendly and polite, and it's convenient for getting around. I would definitely come back again.
