The room was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. I also loved the fresh and elegant courtyard. Plus, they offer self-service laundry, which was a nice touch. Overall, a good experience.

Warmish welcome at reception. Room was changed due to disappointing view from window (partially blocked). There was some confusion when I asked about the Light Meal, despite using translation apps. In the end there was no beef - but was offered egg and tomato. I did not receive the Midnight Diner Meal and was too tired to go to reception again to ask for it. From previous reviews, it appeared that these meals were brought to the room automatically. Mine were not. No Delicious Hand-Made dessert either. Disappointing. Afternoon Tea was delicious and snacks were delivered to my room. However, a member of staff also appeared at my door to check that I did not have a companion. Why? Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The majority of reception staff should try to learn from them about customer service. I had a medical issue and reception staff were helpful, though. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. But noisy - traffic and other guests could be heard. Overall, a pleasant stay but not the relaxing break I needed.

Stayed at the Atour Hotel in Fuyang, the experience was great! The service is particularly intimate, from entering the door to checking out, every employee is warm and thoughtful. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was comfortable and I didn't want to get up, the details were done well, and even the toiletries were of high quality. The breakfast is also rich, with local characteristics and nutritional mix. Convenient location, convenient eating and traveling around. Next time I come to Xiangyang, I will stay here, highly recommended!

The hotel is located in the city center, and it is a variety of local snacks to go out, which is particularly convenient. As soon as I entered the room, my eyes were bright, the whole house had no smell, the corners were cleaned very meticulously, the bedding was soft, the air conditioning was fast, the bathroom was dry and wet, and the hot water was sufficient. The overall price is super high, the environment is quiet and not noisy, no matter the business trip, travel, family travel is suitable, the front desk has free yogurt ice cream can be eaten unlimited, especially a bowl of noodles late at night tastes delicious. I have already recommended it to my friends, next time I come to Fuyang, I will choose the Jasmine East Courtyard Hotel!

The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The gym, lounge area, and other amenities are comprehensive, making it convenient whether you're relaxing or traveling. Overall, the value for money is exceptional. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next stay and highly recommend it to everyone!

The lobby was generally well-maintained and clean, and parking was convenient, even at night. The guest room was meticulously cleaned, with every corner spotless, and the bathroom was fresh and tidy. The mattress had just the right firmness, and the soundproofing was excellent, making for a very quiet night. The overall facilities were well-maintained, and I felt very secure during my stay. Definitely recommend! So happy!

Very beautiful hotel, one of the best! Private parking with charging. It would be a great hotel to stay at if it weren't for the horribly strong smell of smoke in the rooms. I hope they add non-smoking rooms in future.

Highly recommend! This hotel genuinely cares about its guests, which you can feel through their excellent service – it's not just a cold place to stay. They even offered complimentary drinks. A big thank you to Xiao Qian at the front desk. The location is also fantastic, making it easy to get to different areas of Fuyang.

Hotel location is very good, just opposite the Xiangyang Railway Station, the sixth floor, the hotel staff is very warm. I have not called in advance to communicate with me about the check-in. There is a large parking lot for free parking. The hotel environment is very good. The decoration is simple and stylish. I like the style.
