Fuyang Hotels with Breakfast

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, and the room was very comfortable. The price was affordable and definitely worth the value provided. The hospitality of the staff was very good. They were friendly, helpful, and made guests feel welcome throughout the stay. The food was excellent, especially the buffet breakfast which offered a wide variety of choices. I was also pleasantly surprised that afternoon tea and supper were provided, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel is indeed excellent. The facilities are comprehensive, and the room is smart, allowing you to use ”Xiaodu” to turn on the TV, which is very high-tech. Oh, and when checking in at the front desk, the staff immediately gave us two fruit platters with cream dates, ginseng fruit, and apples, all very fresh. The hotel's breakfast is quite rich and has everything, catering to all tastes. The souvenir gifted by the front desk when checking out was also a pleasant surprise. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to ”Balihe”.

Warmish welcome at reception. Room was changed due to disappointing view from window (partially blocked). There was some confusion when I asked about the Light Meal, despite using translation apps. In the end there was no beef - but was offered egg and tomato. I did not receive the Midnight Diner Meal and was too tired to go to reception again to ask for it. From previous reviews, it appeared that these meals were brought to the room automatically. Mine were not. No Delicious Hand-Made dessert either. Disappointing. Afternoon Tea was delicious and snacks were delivered to my room. However, a member of staff also appeared at my door to check that I did not have a companion. Why? Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The majority of reception staff should try to learn from them about customer service. I had a medical issue and reception staff were helpful, though. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. But noisy - traffic and other guests could be heard. Overall, a pleasant stay but not the relaxing break I needed.

The service at Atour Hotel in Fuyang is truly excellent, and it has deeply touched me. As I just arrived here, I was unfamiliar with many apps, including the basic Didi Taxi. Ningyu at the front desk took the initiative to help me book a taxi and reminded the driver to ensure I arrived at my destination safely. It was incredibly heartwarming. During meals, I was pleasantly surprised. Following the guidance of the restaurant staff, I tried Fuyang's specialty ”Gelatio” for the first time. The rich flavor of sesame paste is still unforgettable to me—it's truly one of China's delicious cuisines, and I never expected to taste it at Atour Hotel. The soybean residue wrapped in pancakes was also incredibly fragrant.Thank you, Atour Hotel, for your thoughtful and warm service, which made me, a traveler from afar, feel the touching warmth of home. I will definitely recommend Atour Hotel to my colleagues and suggest they choose Atour when visiting China.

The lobby is elegantly grand, and the gardens and public areas are beautifully landscaped with lush greenery, creating a quiet, serene, and stylish atmosphere that feels incredibly comfortable. The staff were warm and attentive throughout my stay; the front desk handled check-in efficiently and quickly, proactively explaining all the facility details. Room service was prompt and meticulous, responding to requests super fast, showing thoughtfulness in every detail, which made me feel warm and comfortable the whole time. The room was spacious and bright with a well-planned layout, and all appliances and bathroom facilities were readily available. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The gym, lounge area, and other amenities are comprehensive, making it convenient whether you're relaxing or traveling. Overall, the value for money is exceptional. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next stay and highly recommend it to everyone!

This stay exceeded my expectations, so I absolutely have to leave a great review. The front desk staff were friendly and communication was smooth. The lobby was generally well-maintained and clean, and parking was convenient, even at night. The guest room was meticulously cleaned, with every corner spotless, and the bathroom was fresh and tidy. The mattress had just the right firmness, and the soundproofing was excellent, making for a very quiet night. The overall facilities were well-maintained, and I felt very secure during my stay. Definitely recommend! So happy!

A very satisfying stay. The front desk service was excellent, and the facilities were new and well-maintained. Parking was convenient, and there were many great restaurants nearby. The room was clean and hygienic, which I was very pleased with. It's also closer to the high-speed rail station, making it easy to get around. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend! This hotel genuinely cares about its guests, which you can feel through their excellent service – it's not just a cold place to stay. They even offered complimentary drinks. A big thank you to Xiao Qian at the front desk. The location is also fantastic, making it easy to get to different areas of Fuyang.

Very beautiful hotel, one of the best! Private parking with charging. It would be a great hotel to stay at if it weren't for the horribly strong smell of smoke in the rooms. I hope they add non-smoking rooms in future.

Convenient location. Great service with friendly staff who are eager to please. Nice breakfast. Free onsite laundry. They even offer free simple dinner but I did not get a chance to try. Overall a great chain hotel though the hardware start showing its age. I have stayed here three times and each I was a great experience. There are some higher end hotels in town but they are on the outskirts of the town. This is the best hotel in the town center.
