GGuest UserThis hotel is indeed excellent. The facilities are comprehensive, and the room is smart, allowing you to use ”Xiaodu” to turn on the TV, which is very high-tech. Oh, and when checking in at the front desk, the staff immediately gave us two fruit platters with cream dates, ginseng fruit, and apples, all very fresh. The hotel's breakfast is quite rich and has everything, catering to all tastes. The souvenir gifted by the front desk when checking out was also a pleasant surprise. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to ”Balihe”.

LLynne MilneWarmish welcome at reception. Room was changed due to disappointing view from window (partially blocked). There was some confusion when I asked about the Light Meal, despite using translation apps. In the end there was no beef - but was offered egg and tomato. I did not receive the Midnight Diner Meal and was too tired to go to reception again to ask for it. From previous reviews, it appeared that these meals were brought to the room automatically. Mine were not. No Delicious Hand-Made dessert either. Disappointing. Afternoon Tea was delicious and snacks were delivered to my room. However, a member of staff also appeared at my door to check that I did not have a companion. Why? Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The majority of reception staff should try to learn from them about customer service. I had a medical issue and reception staff were helpful, though. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. But noisy - traffic and other guests could be heard. Overall, a pleasant stay but not the relaxing break I needed.

The room is well soundproofed, the soundproofing is good, the shower is comfortable, the toiletries smell good, and it is clean and odor-free. The rooms are well soundproofed. Check-in is fast and they greet you proactively.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the old city center, near the municipal government and adjacent to Wenfeng Park. The room was clean and tidy, with complete and functional amenities, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, I was very satisfied!
The staff was excellent. The front desk lady was very welcoming and proactive, even showing me the room before check-in. The housekeeping was also very diligent and responsible, which was very satisfying. The hotel doesn't have its own parking lot, so you have to park on the street. After contacting the security guard in advance, they helped find a spot, which was excellent!
There are also many dining options nearby, as well as supermarkets and pharmacies. It's very convenient. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit Fuyang.

The staff at the front desk of the store are warm and polite, the check-in is quick and patient, and the service is particularly intimate. The room was cleaned very clean, the facilities were complete, the ventilation was very good, and the living was comfortable and at ease. MMingzisuiyiI chose this hotel during the Fuyang Marathon. Miss Yang Guo at the front desk warmly received us and learned that we were participating in the marathon. She also specially sent cards and fruits with blessings and refueling, providing full emotional value.
The hotel room was clean and tidy, very quiet at night, and slept very soundly. The next day, the competition was full of spirit and the medal was won smoothly. Thank you very much Buckingham Palace, I will definitely come back next year!

113806813The hotel has a great location, surrounded by thriving commercial areas. The accommodations are clean and comfortable, with complete facilities. The breakfast is plentiful, and the local Fuyang specialties left a deep impression. They even served complimentary stewed white fungus soup in the evening. The service was warm and attentive; Kally at the front desk proactively upgraded us to the executive floor. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again.
