Very Good & Excellent Property. Just opposite of the Fuzhou south Railway station. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Neat and clean room, hygienic washroom. There is Halal Muslim restaurant at just next door.

The air conditioner fan is very noisy and not warm. The balcony sliding door is not closed tightly. The facilities are old. The front desk lady is very friendly. The speech is good. The equipment is average.
