The location is good, and it's clean and nice. The heating was so good that I slept warmly and sweated~^^ The bathroom is spacious and the water pressure is good, but the water doesn't drain well.

1. Pros: Good price, convenient location if you drive (next to Gyeongpo Lake), convenient parking (large parking lot), friendly owner, water purifier and microwave on each floor, good for heating food, hot water comes out well 2. Cons: Central heating, so if you don't tell the counter, it can be a bit hot (there is air conditioning in each room), cleaning or towel change must be requested separately (they don't come in and do it randomly, which may be an advantage) Since it's an old place that was remodeled, there are traces of time on the fixtures, etc., but I think it's a great place for the price!! The most satisfying thing was the convenient parking.

겉보기는 모텔느낌어있지만 가성비짱 호텔이었어요. 이가격에 넓은방과 취사가 되는 방은 강릉 전체에도 없을 겁니다.

오래되긴 했지만 깨끗하고 조용해서 잘 쉬다 왔어요~^^ 어릴 때 수학여행 느낌도 들고 좋았네요ㅎㅎ 경포대 해수욕장도 도보 10분 내외로 멀지 않아서 위치도 good~~~^^b

가성비 좋은 숙박시설로 위치가 좋습니다.경포호와 경포해변.경포대 다 도보로 갈수있는 위치입니다. 바로앞과 주변에 식당과 편의점이 모여있어 편합니다....잘쉬다갑니다
