The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We arrived quite early, and they still allowed us to check in ahead of time.

The drain in the sink was terribly clogged. The AC loud. The breakfast not great.

The hotel was nice and clean! Would stay here again. But was on the pricey side, and location could better. But other than that it is great!

Space for the room and Shower chair was very helpful for wheelchair user.

Lovely little spot to spend the night. Suite was worth it for the space.

The room was large and clean. The breakfast was standard for an American business hotel and was quite good. It was a bit disappointing that the front desk didn't have coffee every day. There was ample parking. Concord's downtown area isn't large, so even though the hotel is on the edge of town, it's only about a kilometer walk into the city, which is very convenient.

This stay was great! The hotel is in an excellent location and convenient for travel. The room is spacious, bright, clean, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, which gave me a good night's sleep. The service is impeccable, and the staff are warm and thoughtful, and they are always responsive. The breakfast is rich and delicious, with a wide variety. The facilities are complete, including a gym and a swimming pool. Highly recommended to everyone!
