"The room is really small. I would say it is only suitable for one person. It is as small as you can't open your suitcase throughout the whole time in the room. You need to climb up to the bed. It does not feel that private. The window is on the door with a manual blind. And it is next to a see-through toilet. No chair is provided as there is not enough space to get a chair. You need to ask a hair dryer from the reception. Reception is available most of the time at night. Snacks and drinks are available as well. The location is tricky. The hotel is in the terminal, but there is only a lift to let you access the hotel. So, you need to go down a level from the terminal by that specific lift. Clean in general, the shower and toilet are not separate but it is a bit of distance between them."
"Clean, quiet and great sized room. A little expensive for what it is but all the Gatwick hotels seemed overpriced. Walkable to the South terminal (around 10 mins) but not easy to find the best walking route from the terminal car park when dark - some signs at the car park building may be helpful. Bar closes a little early too."
"Bed in a box!
Easy check in all done through phone with keyless entry. Phone needed to access the room and lift. Small and compact but great to get your head down before an early flight. Good soundproof rooms with comfortable beds. Good shower with over head and detachable head. Towels and hair dryer provided along with two bottles of water. Smart TV, so could sign into my own Netflix. Hot drinks available in the corridor near the lift.
Found bed bug monitors under the bed which were clean 🤩"

"Lovely hotel. Ideally situated. Although it was a little tricky to find the shuttle service from the train terminal. Shuttle from hotel back to airport for our early flight was nice and smooth tho.
Semi easy self check in.
We didn't use any of the amenities as liturally just arrived, slept, and left again.
Bed comfy. Room nice and spacious."
"The location was excellent, just outside the airport. The room was clean with very basic amenities. The first room offered had terrible urine smell but they were able to offer a different room on the same floor. The elevators were quite slow and the staff pushed expensive meals in their restaurant. There was no microwave available to heat food purchased from outside."
"The room is spacious and clean. The only point I needed the reception is to get the staff to replenish the tissues in the tissues box. Maybe cleaning staff did not do a good job.
Location is great as it is connected directly to the department and arrival terminals with 10 minutes of walking.
Highly recommended for those travelling out of Gatwick Airport in the morning as we took two hours and fifteen minutes from Paddington London. Traffic jam was massive."
"Picked this hotel as it is very close to Gatwick North Terminal, only 2 minute walk away.
I checked in and was first assigned a room, I walk in and it had not been cleaned at all, towels on the floor, bed not made and bottles opened on the table. I went back to reception and they were very nice and apologetic, they kindly told me that they have upgraded my room and apologised for the inconvenience. The new room which I was assigned looked very much like the room I had paid for, not sure what the upgrade was, but at least it was clean this time.
In terms of the price, it’s very expensive but what the hotel lacks in cleanliness, it makes up for in location. I’ll probably save my money next time and stay at the Premier Inn across the road."
"This was my second time staying at the property. It’s a very convenient place to stay as it’s joined onto the Gatwick North Terminal. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious, however, the floorboards do need replacing as they’re starting to creak. The breakfast is nice which offers a good selection of food including fresh pastries, tea/coffee and a fry-up. However, on the day I stayed, they only had vegan sausages with no other option of pork sausages. I questioned the management why this was, but gave me a very lame excuse of why they didn’t have any. This was the only downside throughout my stay however. Will stay again."
"Lovely clean hotel, friendly staff and so close to the airport. They have a shuttle bus to the airport that literally stops outside the front doors. The only negative was the breakfast, very basic continental and overpriced."
"Great place and so close to Gatwick, with its own parking. Owners were really friendly and explained everything like how to come in and out with the door code and how we could use the kitchen or order food in and where the nearest pub was. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Bathroom neat and shower hot. We had to leave early for our flight so did not have breakfast but had a perfect one night stay there. Thank you"
