Goed hotel met goede service en goede locatie. Vriendelijke personeel. Er was alleen een probleem met de betaling. Ik had via Trip.com online betaald. Hotel had de betaling niet ontvangen. Uiteindelijk wel goed opgelost

The service is excellent. The staff are very helpful and professional. When you need sth the staff immediately meets the need.

We have visited Gaziantep, and stayed Doubletree by Hilton Gaziantep. Everybody was nice and friendly . Rooms are cleaned well. Especially foods are great. Probably best foods in town. You should try kebab and baklava in hotel restaurant.

The best quality hotel I have stayed in Turkey. The rooms are very clean and organized. The staff is friendly and caring. I recommend it. I was welcomed at the entrance; everyone was friendly. Everything we needed was fulfilled very quickly. The rooms were very spacious and clean. It was also nice that the rooms were in the old Ottoman concept and kept the history alive. Thank you to Ms. Esra at the head of the cleaning team 😄.

It was a great relaxing experience with my family. One of the beautiful hotel in the city, service was excellent and everyone are friendly and always smiling. Accomodation was comfortable for me and for kids also. Thank you for everything👍
