Located out of the main area. Room not ready on arrival. Room small and unclean- hotel unwilling and unsympathetic to offer resolution, asked trip.com for hotel move request but not facilitated. Moved on second night- affirming the substandard first night. Overpriced for the quality

The room is smaller than expected, the environment is okay, the sanitation is considered clean, and the attitude of the waiter is OK! But the facilities are not up to standard. There are only two large towels and a floor towel, which are useless even if you want to take a shower. In addition, there are no drinking cups and kettles. Just eat well. Another thing to praise is the convenient transportation. The hotel is only 5 to 6 minutes walk to the Geneve train station.

Great location, really close to the centre. They gave us only 1 towel per person, the bedroom wasn't really clean and I needed to ask for a shower gel because it was empty for a couple of days. Breakfast was good.

The staff was super kind and helpful. Room was very clean and location of the hotel was safe.

The first room I was given was very dirty, it needed a good cleaning. I arrived late so it could not be changed. When leaving in the morning, I asked the reception to ensure that the room was properly cleaned - I returned 12 hrs later and nothing had changed. This time I could get another room, and it was better, but still. On the positive, the reception staff, day and evening, were really helpful and service minded.
