Room and toilet is very good and new. But sound proofing in window is very bad, fortunately mostly street are empty at night and the door is heavy so the closing is loud. Service is okay but don’t expect to be greeted. Deposit is 100 RM.

Room is clean and surrounding is quiet. Comfortable queen and single bed for a triple room. Convenient location and staffs at front desk are friendly and helpful.

Very central location. Not many rooms which is good, elevators are always available, not crowded.

I like the reception area of the hotel and grateful to have a water dispenser with cold and hot water. The room is very spacious and clean. What I want to highlight is that the bathroom should have installed more hooks for us to hang our clean clothes. The basin is a bit shallow, so water tend to splash out of the basin as the tap is a bit too high. In addition, there should be at least 1 or 2 cups for us to put our toothbrush, toothpaste etc. With four people sharing the room, our toiletries was lying everywhere in the bathroom. The television is another is issue. The reception is quite poor and there were limited channels to watch. Unlike Veno hotel, there were more nice channels for us to watch.

Very helpful reception. Prime location. Very clean and facitilies are ok! Bathroom door not very sturdy but otherwise near perfect.

Tucked in a quiet street with lots restaurants around, the hotel offers good clean rooms. The beds are comfortable and shower is good. Room is big enough for 5 adults to stay comfortably. Definitely worth recommending to family coming Penang!

Good budget hotel. Room is clean with good bed n pillows. Convenient location with plenty of eateries nearby. Staff were friendly and take prompt action upon request. Hotel provided a weighing scale for luggages which was useful for guests.
