Hotel facilities were very good and breakfast was also excellent. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
The Hotel, whilst looking a bit tired and dated, and needing a bit of a refurb, is situated in a brilliant location, looking straight onto George Square.

Perfect location in Glasgow right beside the train station
Staff on reception were so friendly and lovely
A four star hotel I'm not sure it is that. We have stayed in better travelodges .
Room was very dated and tired looking .
The paint work in bathroom was terrible and very dirty windows .
Having said that the bed was very comfy even although the double room was so small for 2 of us .
