服務很友好，上午到了，在機器上做好登記就讓提前入住了，在英國很友好了，一般都要下午才能入住的。
機器上辦入住，要注意房間號一閃而過，得抓緊時間記下來，邊上有筆和門卡套😂。如果真沒記住，可以去問前台，或者查郵件。英國郵件使用很多，這家酒店也可以辦理網上退房（退房那天會發郵件過來），或者自己直接去前台退也行。
因為沒訂早餐，就又去前台諮詢了一下，前台很熱情禮貌地介紹説，如果提前一天來前台付款，早餐就是14鎊/人/天，早餐當天直接去餐廳就是28鎊，所以大家要吃早餐記得提前訂啊。
房間裏有送的兩瓶水，還有walkers小餅乾，熱水壺，還有茶包之類的。且每天有打掃（在英國不常見），會補充水和餅乾。
按英國酒店常例，沒有牙膏牙刷拖鞋，記得自帶。
位置很方便，注意靠近的是中央火車站。我來去格拉斯哥，火車都是停靠女王街火車站，注意別搞錯了。不過走過來一路也是市中心最熱鬧的區域，比較安全的。
酒店是舊日海關辦公樓，所以有新舊樓，但其實前後連在一起。舊樓是前台和休息閲讀區域（有照片，很舒適，邊上還有充電辦公區），去房間（在新樓）的路稍微有點繞，熟悉了會好一點。去電梯的入口和電梯，都要刷房卡，比較安全。
感覺酒店的商務會議客人和旅行團客人都挺多的，吃早餐在八點左右就會人比較多。
總的來説，酒店性價比很高。有其它酒店更靠近火車站，不過評價不行，這家酒店的確如評價般優秀。

酒店本身特別好，漂亮的建築，復古乾淨的裝修，房間雖然不大但格局非常合理且温馨。餐廳特別好，服務意識極佳，菜品口味很好。兩晚極佳的體驗。距離市中心步行即可，門口就有兩家大型超市，肯德基麥當勞和火車站都是步行10分鐘之內的距離。離大學城也巴士10分鐘可達，格拉斯哥大學和對面的凱文索羅夫藝術博物館都特別棒，大學城有很多口味正宗的中國餐館。

酒店位置不錯，在主要商業街的盡頭，窗外是Clyde 河。海鷗滿天飛，可以用麪包去喂海鷗。門口不遠處有公交站，地鐵站大約步行5分鐘，去哪兒都挺方便。酒店早餐是自助，傳統英式早餐味道不錯，房間對於一大一小兩張床來説稍微有點擠，但設施什麼的都不錯，洗澡水也很熱，整體好評。

一家三口住的很舒服，性價比很高，房間也很乾凈，挺新的
火車站步行過來不遠，但是門頭很小，很容易錯過，以為是別人私人住宅呢！
大堂感覺剛裝修過，很新很漂亮！
早餐在英國算很好吃的了👍

性價比很高，尤其是和愛丁堡相比性價比拉爆，離開火車站很近，適合大家住在格拉斯哥前往愛丁堡遊玩，因為大部分愛丁堡的住宿性價比太低了。隔音和視野都不錯。在火車站這塊地區買東西吃飯都很方便

A good hotel in Scotland. The room size is enough for our 3 people family living. The beds are clean, tiidy and comfortable. It is just at the edge of the busiest city centre that provides a quiet environment.
Highly recommended and I will live in this hotel again when I come back from Edinburgh.
