Winter Garden Hotel Bergamo Airport Reviews

i had an amazing stay but only thing is regarding me being offered due to miscommunication i was given the spa complementary but which was amazing but this morning the receptionist was making me feel uneasy due to my deposit. he was questioning me and made me feel very agitated as i am entitled to my deposit back which will have €5 for shuttle €2 form lattee and i was told service charges. so i was told i would have around €42 deposit returned i have emailed yourselfs with no reply, taxi complaint who took my money from me and taxi did not appear and i paid €38 and not got that returned either. the rooms where spot less beautiful. the staff are lovely in the bar especially. receptionist staff when speaking to them i felt as though i was bothering them when i was asking questions how to get to places. but the rudeness i received as i went down to reception. as i was only given 2 small cartons of milk for my coffee and i like to drink a de caffeinated coffee i went to ask for milk and the way i was spoken to was horrible. all in the hotel is lovely but staff need to learn more on there customer service skills cause treating customers like that they won’t come back

Close to BGY airport and charged transport to the airport if needed

The room was nice, but the location was a bit out of the way.

Love the garden design. Good size room n mattress was comfortable. The overall interior was tastefully redesigned. We were short of 1 set of towels & I called reception to request for it. No sign after 1/2 hr, I had to call to ask again especially it was almost midnight! This is not good especially we were tired after a long day of travelling and ready to go to bed.

Overall good but baby crib was not available; however they upgraded us

Great hotel but pool closes at 5pm

Couldn’t have chosen a better hotel near Bergamo airport, the junior suite was huge with a double bed and a single bed. The rooms came with free access to the spa which was lovely. I certainly felt comfortable and relaxed at this hotel. They had shuttle buses running to and fro the shopping centre and the airport at a fee of €5 each way. The place was clean, service was great and I would definitely come back to this hotel again!

Great hotel!

Everything was excellent, except for the room light controls, which were difficult to use. We didn't try breakfast because we had an early flight. We'll definitely be back when we fly out of Bergamo.

Excellent base for its proximity to the airport. The restaurant is truly worth it. Spacious and clean rooms.

I chose this hotel for an early flight, and it was cost-effective. The hotel has a special car to the airport, 8 euros per person, which is not cost-effective for many people. There is a restaurant nearby that eats great steaks.

Very elegant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were well-equipped, and had a whirlpool bathtub. The breakfast was delicious. I especially recommend the restaurant, which serves amazing food! 10/10

It was 11 euros to take a taxi at the airport, but the driver said I had to pay 15 euros for the starting fee. There is also a fee for the hotel bus to the airport. If you have an early flight, you won't be able to have breakfast. It seems to be served only at seven o'clock.
