Greenville Hotels with Swimming Pools

If it wasn't for the fact that my room was quiet and the bed comfortable, this would be two stars. I regularly stay at Marriott properties and am one of their ”elite” members. This was a disappointment. Where to start? First, if you have to park in the back, you have to walk nearly around the whole hotel to reach a door that your card will open. That would be horrible if it were raining, and bad enough if you arrive on a cold and windy night, as I did. The bathroom was a joke. Both the porcelain surface and glass shower door had been chipped, and two of the dispensers which pump shampoo/conditioner/wash had come off the wall and placed in the soap dish. Our room was adjacent to two large A/C units and illuminated by the parking lot light. Fortunately, it was winter (so they weren't running) and my wife brought her eye mask. Oh, and ignore the fact that there's a wall thermostat...heat and A/C are controlled by the unit itself. Breakfast was equally short of expectations even by ordinary ”free breakfast” standards. The caffeined coffee dispenser was missing, and the scrambled egg pan empty of anything but a few yellow crumbs. The only hearty option was pre-wrapped (and dried out) bacon/egg biscuits. I noticed other patrons asking for waffle batter and maple syrup, so, obviously, that was gone, too. Stay here again? No.

We were here in Greenville because of a medical emergency with my husband's son. Your hotel could not have been more accommodating. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out. Benita at the front desk was so helpful, courteous and professional. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, everyone was friendly. Swimming pool area was clean. Cameron also working at the front desk was also very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Sandra one of the hostesses In the restaurant was also helpful and kind. We enjoyed our stay.

My mom and I recently went to Greenville NC the first night we stayed at the Quality Inn. We had booked a room at a place called In Town Suites , it was horrid. It was dirty and smelly so we went back Quality Inn because it was clean and close to food and to stores and we felt safe there. We stayed for 8 nights and the only negative was they did not tell us that had we joined and became members we would have gotten a discount Oops that was on us. Definitely recommend them but check for discounts. The employees were very polite and accommodating.

I’ve spent the past 7 months staying here for work and I can’t imagine a more enjoyable experience considering the time I spend away from home and my family. They’re always warm and friendly and unbelievably accommodating. They always take care of special requests and nothing is too big of an ask, it seems. I did have switch rooms the first room I was in the bathroom was dirty stains in the Bathtub and on my bed. I went to the second room it was okay very dusty and the drawers were broken. I always come Prepared with my own lysol spray and wiping things down. It was okay considering the price. There was a crack in my mirror.
