Mindy from Guest Relations was incredibly thoughtful and pre-arranged a room with stunning views of the city's nightscape and Quancheng Square. She gave us a warm welcome upon check-in and introduced us to the hotel. The location was super convenient – just across the street from Henglong Plaza, making shopping and dining a breeze. In the evenings, a pleasant 20-minute stroll led us straight to Daming Lake and Chaoran Tower to see the illuminations, making our itinerary incredibly relaxed.

It's amazing that the rooms provided at such a price are quite large, yet practical. Our family of five arrived late (past one o’clock in the morning) by plane. Thanks to the front desk guy who took us from the parking lot to the hotel. Otherwise, with kids, 4 luggages, raining heavily, midnight, one could imagine how disastrous would be without the help from the hotel front desk! The breakfast is also very rich, and the service is also very good. I’m not sure if this is due to the friendly personality of Qingdao people or just Atour staff, people I met when I touched down from Qingdao airport to convenient storekeeper to driver, I found that people here are very easy-going. For this reason, I am looking forward to this trip at Qingdao. 😊

This stay far exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby, and getting a taxi is very convenient. Jade was very friendly, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the room was well soundproofed, making for a very quiet night. Hot water supply in the bathroom was stable, and all the facilities were new and complete. The staff were responsive, and the overall environment was clean and quiet. It offers outstanding value for money, perfect for both short trips and temporary stays. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

Our stay at the hotel was overall very pleasant. The hotel itself looks absolutely amazing, it truly feels like staying in a castle, both from the outside and inside. Our room had a beautiful sea view, which created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast offered a nice variety of options, and the café with its balcony overlooking the sea was a wonderful place to enjoy coffee. The food at the café was also very good. One of the highlights of our stay was the concierge service. The concierge was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. He assisted us many times with our deliveries and always made a great impression. Most of the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming as well. The hotel’s location, away from the city center, is actually a big advantage for those looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday. The beach is not crowded, and the swimming pool is usually peaceful and not busy. However, there are some areas where the hotel could improve. The room cleaning service needs more attention. It wasn't good at all. Some cups at breakfast were also dirty or cracked. The service at the café could be improved as well. When we came to order afternoon tea at around 5 PM, one of the young staff members seemed unhappy and impatient because it was close to the end of his working day. After making a short call, we were told that the kitchen was not answering and that they were no longer working. This experience did not feel very welcoming. Though I understand he really wanted to leave work asap, he could share it with his coworker after we left, not in front of us 🤣 The hotel also has a Japanese restaurant, but the staff could not provide clear information about its opening days or availability. We were told it might be open on Thursday and Friday, but it was not certain. Another concern is the small zoo area. animals appeared to be staying outside in the heat all day. In particular, there was a dog kept in a cage outside during very hot weather (around 35°C), which was concerning and seemed unsuitable for the animal’s comfort.. The beach near the hotel was unfortunately quite dirty, which is something that could be improved. Regarding the swimming pools, the indoor pool felt quite cold, especially with the air conditioning, making it difficult to enjoy with a child when the outdoor weather is too hot. The outdoor pool area also has limited comfortable seating. There are only a few lounge chairs, and adding soft cushions or mats would greatly improve the experience and make the area more relaxing. Overall, we had a nice stay and enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere, views, and peaceful location. The hotel has great potential, and with some improvements in service quality, cleanliness, and facilities, it could become an even better experience for guests.

The Westin Qingdao has an excellent location, very close to May Fourth Square and the commercial district, making it super convenient for getting around, sightseeing, shopping, and finding places to eat. Staying on the Executive Floor offered outstanding views; I could take in the stunning sea views right from my window. The Executive Lounge experience was superb, with a wide variety of food. The staff were attentive and responsive, providing meticulous service throughout my stay. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay, perfect for a trip to Qingdao.

Excellent value for money! The hot water was consistent and the Wi-Fi was fast. The lobby was clean and simply designed. The smart toilet, a Geberit, was as comfortable as the one at home. The mattress and bedding were top-notch! Definitely recommend. Yulia provided thoughtful and attentive service. A very satisfying experience, I'll recommend it to friends and family visiting Qingdao.

It was great to stay in this hotel in Weihai for three nights. The location is very good, just opposite the Weihai Campus of Shandong University. You can reach the No. 1 Beach and Torch 8th Street by crossing the campus. The most satisfying thing is the food and beverage in this hotel. The breakfast is super rich and delicious. By the way, the hotel also offers a set meal of sea intestines and rice. The price is acceptable and it is also very delicious. If I have the chance to go to Weihai, I will stay in this hotel again. When I left the hotel, I was given a gift bag of snacks that my children love to eat. It was full of sincerity.

My stay at the Mövenpick Hotel Qingdao West Coast far exceeded my expectations! The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. Annie, a staff member, was incredibly kind and friendly, and responded quickly to any requests. The hotel's location is super convenient for transportation, making it easy to get around, and there are plenty of options for dining, entertainment, and activities nearby. The environment is quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep, and the value for money is excellent. I highly recommend it whether you're visiting the West Coast for leisure or business!

Thanks to Dolanda LAB Hotel (Yantai Golden Beach Beach Bathing Beach Store), it was already 8 or 9 pm when I arrived at the hotel late. The hotel lady helped upgrade the room. The hotel environment is particularly good, the room light automatically turns on after inserting the card, and the curtains are also fully automatic. The room is really good, there are bathrobes, the space is large, the sea breeze is cold these days, but the hotel is very warm! It is much better than the hotel booked in Weihai before. The cold one is super good. You can also cast screens to watch TV. yu The hotel staff was very, very good. After checking in, I went outside to eat barbecue. After returning to the hotel, I had a red rash on my stomach and arm. So I ordered a takeaway hot water bag at one o'clock in the morning in the middle of the night. The sister at the front desk and the takeaway clerk helped to fill the hot water bag with hot water. Later, because of the red rash, I was afraid to sleep. At about two in the morning, Trip.com online Dolanda online customer service also has hotel staff replying, which is really reassuring! On the morning of the 8th, the breakfast presented by the hotel was delicious. The aunt of the hotel restaurant and the young lady at the front desk helped introduce the nearby Yeda Hospital. Originally, I had to take the high-speed rail back to Beijing in the afternoon and I couldn’t go to the hospital to see a doctor, but the sister at the front desk told me to hurry up and hang up the emergency department offline when the appointment was full. This was only with the help of the two sisters and medical staff at the front desk. (I was really scared of the red rash from childhood to my first allergy!) Anyway, it's super good, thanks 🥹!
