I stayed at Orange Crystal Hotel for three nights with my parents in a suite room, and everything was perfect. 1. Location: The hotel is in a great location — just a 10-minute walk to MixC Mall and also about 10 minutes to May Fourth Square. It’s very convenient for sightseeing and shopping. 2. Room Condition: The room and bathroom were spotless, and the overall condition was excellent. I especially enjoyed relaxing in the warm spring water from Laoshan after a long day — it really helped me unwind. 3. Others: The night view from the 17th floor was absolutely stunning. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, all delicious and satisfying. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Qingdao!

The room was standard, but the service was absolutely excellent. It was my birthday during our stay, and they even surprised me with a birthday cake – a truly thoughtful gesture. The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to MixC City, putting all kinds of dining, shopping, and entertainment within easy reach. It's also just a fifteen-minute walk to May Fourth Square and the seaside, making it incredibly convenient for enjoying the sea views, scenic spots, and the nightly light show. The breakfast spread was generous, and the swimming pool was never too busy, so we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

The room was impeccable, featuring a stunning floor-to-ceiling window with panoramic sea views, a spacious and impeccably clean king-size bed, breathtaking scenery, and a captivating light show at night. The sumptuous breakfast and afternoon tea were truly delightful, and the fruit platter was a particular highlight for my wife. The convenient car service, the manager's dedication and professionalism, and the doormen's thoughtful and attentive service all contributed to an exceptional stay. A huge thank you to all the staff for their exceptional efforts; Haitian truly lives up to its reputation as a 'super five-star' hotel. Beautiful Qingdao, and the grand, luxurious Haitian left us with unforgettable memories and made us long to stay longer. We wish Haitian Hotel continued prosperity and even greater success! We were upgraded to the family room which was very spacious and we appreciated it. The hotel is located right next to the subway exit and is near attractions like the cathedral and also the pier. However, cleanliness and housekeeping were a bit of a problem. When we first checked-in, we found stains on the blanket cover. We informed the hotel staff and it was replaced immediately. We stayed a total of 3 nights and realised no cleaning was done on the second day. The housekeeper just placed new towels and tea bags in our room but did not clean anything. When we first checked-in, the shampoo, conditioner and body shampoo which were all in big containers were close to finishing. We did not inform the staff as we thought they would replace it on the second day. However, they were not topped up or replaced even until the day we checked out, so we had to use our own supplies on the last day. On day 3, we indicated that we wanted house-keeping, so our room was finally cleaned. We dropped something and was looking for it, thus saw that the bottom of the beds were dirty and dusty. It's just that this is a 'luxury boutique hotel' according to the description so we were expecting a higher standard of cleanliness and service.

Service: Aileen from customer service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. She sent me a detailed video via WeChat showing how to get to the hotel and patiently answered all my questions. What truly amazed me was that I accidentally left my ring at the hotel, and I didn't even notice until after I'd already landed! Aileen proactively contacted me to inform me, which was absolutely wonderful! The overall hotel environment is excellent. With a direct connection from Qingdao North Station to Jiaodong Airport, and the hotel being located right inside the airport, it was extremely convenient for catching our flight the next day, especially when traveling with children. Facilities: They have a swimming pool that kids absolutely loved! (P.S. The young man at the pool reception provided fantastic service; my child was so eager to get into the water that he ran in, and the staff member proactively inflated his swim ring and brought it directly to the pool.) The gym was also very clean, smelled fresh, and all the equipment was in good working order. There's a convenience store downstairs, which was super handy for buying snacks and drinks for the kids. Cleanliness: The room was spotless, with no unpleasant odors at all. The staff even upgraded me to a five-star deluxe room free of charge, which was a wonderful bonus! Environment: Both the hotel lobby and the room environment were very pleasant – clean and quiet. Being located right inside the airport, it couldn't have been more convenient, especially for parents traveling with children!

The hotel is beautiful, and the service was excellent. Manager Qu Tonghui was incredibly attentive; they even upgraded our room and sent a complimentary fruit platter. The bathtub was very spacious, and the breakfast spread was fantastic. Overall, a truly enjoyable experience! We'd love to stay here again.

The location is excellent, and as a standalone building, it offers a great environment. Our room on the 5th floor was very quiet. Most facilities have been updated and are in excellent condition. We appreciated that the floor drain had no odor and drained smoothly, and the shower offered strong, consistent water pressure. The towels were thoughtfully disinfected and sealed in plastic bags. Both the air conditioning and the Xiaomi air purifier operated silently. Breakfast was generous, and the staff were all very attentive and had excellent attitudes. Minor drawbacks: The electric curtains couldn't be paused midway. The bathroom was quite small, and the mural above the toilet was unappealing. Furthermore, the bedside tables and desk surfaces were made of outdated, rather shabby plywood.

My family and I came to escape the summer heat, and we decided on Qingdao. We traveled by high-speed rail, and the Westin Hotel was conveniently located. The deluxe suite we booked was very spacious, the breakfast was excellent and varied, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. My whole family was very satisfied. In the evening, we went to May Fourth Square to enjoy the sea views. The Olympic Sailing Center was also very close by. The next day, we visited Xiaoyushan Park in the old town to admire the distinctive red-tiled roofs and green walls, and enjoyed a beautiful sunset. We also stopped by the trendy University Road for some photos. Everything was very conveniently located, making for a wonderful vacation.

The hotel is perfectly situated right inside the ancient town, making it super convenient for evening strolls. Despite being in the old town, it was surprisingly quiet. The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful; I couldn't find a single fault. They even surprised my boyfriend and me with a complimentary cake when they learned we were there to register our marriage. The cake itself was delicious and clearly made with a lot of thought and care. The only minor point was that the showerhead in the bathroom was a bit old; updating it and enhancing a few other small details would make the experience absolutely perfect. All in all, it was a really great experience. Huge praise for the hotel staff! While other aspects might be a 3 or 4 out of 5, the front desk staff definitely deserve a perfect score!
