The Sheraton Hotel truly has a human touch. We arrived early, and since two elderly family members were with us, Jane at the front desk kindly arranged an early check-in for us. She was also very thoughtful in helping me later with a room change, which was incredibly heartwarming. The next day, when we switched rooms, a staff member from housekeeping came to help with our luggage, guided us to the new room, and even helped activate floor access so I could easily go up to care for the elders. The housekeeping auntie on the 36th floor was also very kind, patiently putting extra water bottles in the elderly couple's room every time. And the F&B staff who delivered coke, fruit, and pancakes to our room… The warm assistance we received during our two-night stay was countless. People from Zibo are truly hospitable! Additionally, the hotel's breakfast buffet was rich and delicious, and the hotel's location in the city center is excellent, with convenient access to surrounding dining and attractions. We hope to visit again!

We brought our child to Rizhao for a vacation this time, and choosing the Sheraton Rizhao was absolutely the right decision! The hotel is right next to Wanpingkou, just a few minutes' walk to the beach to catch the sunrise. The lobby is grand and impressive, and our sea-view room was spacious and bright. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows and viewing balcony allowed us to overlook the entire bay from the comfort of our bed. The room was spotless, the mattress was soft and comfortable, and the large bathtub with a sea view created a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The heated swimming pool had clean water, and the KAI Kids' Club was well-equipped, keeping our child happily entertained. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including local Rizhao specialties. The staff were consistently warm and attentive, proactively providing us with a tide chart and offering detailed travel guidance. With its comprehensive leisure facilities, it's a one-stop shop for dining, accommodation, and entertainment. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Rizhao!

Five-star review! This is hands down the best value-for-money hotel near the airport, my top choice for catching a flight. The location is absolutely unbeatable – just a few minutes to the terminal, so no need to rush or stress early in the morning. The room was clean and tidy, with brand new and well-maintained facilities. The mattress and pillows were super comfortable, and it was nice and quiet. The service was excellent throughout, no perfunctory gestures at all. Breakfast was tasty and perfectly sufficient to fill up. The overall decor is grand and well-ordered, definitely not cheap-looking. It's ideal whether you're staying overnight after a late arrival or just need a transition stay for an early morning flight. For anyone catching a plane, this is a no-brainer. I'll definitely be back!

The room is spacious, and the bed is large and very comfortable. The facilities are simple and modern, and the hygiene is excellent. The bathroom amenities are of good quality, though the toothbrush was a bit small; a larger one for adults and a separate one for children would be better. The hotel breakfast buffet is quite extensive, meeting InterContinental's standards. The location is in a prime business district, not far from tourist attractions, and the hotel is next to a mall, making dining, shopping, and entertainment very convenient.

I chose this hotel primarily because of its excellent location and the beautiful high-floor views, along with the advertised Diamond Member room upgrade benefit. Overall, the property itself was well maintained, clean, and comfortable, and I found the breakfast to be noticeably above average compared with many other hotels I have experienced in China. However, one aspect left me disappointed. The hotel promotes a Diamond Member upgrade benefit, yet upon arrival, I was told that the “upgrade” essentially referred only to assigning a higher floor, which felt somewhat misleading and unnecessarily vague. As a guest who trusted the booking information provided through Trip.com, I believe greater clarity is needed regarding what exactly this benefit includes. Marketing language that creates unrealistic expectations can easily undermine customer trust. Aside from this concern, the overall stay experience and hotel facilities were very satisfying.

The service here has always been excellent, and my extended stay has left me with warm and lasting memories. Bailey went above and beyond, preparing a handwritten welcome card (with a beautiful butterfly!) and steam eye masks, along with an abundant fruit platter – it was a truly amazing and warm welcome from the start. When I switched rooms the next day, more fruit was discreetly added, a testament to their continuous care. Housekeeping would neatly fold my clothes and place them on the sofa, wash my used coffee cups, and even organize the cosmetics and my Switch console on the dressing table. I had several long stays last year, and each visit brought new surprises; the service level is undoubtedly improving. The breakfast offers a wide variety of high-quality dishes, especially the pastries, and I always enjoy the meat options. The hotel's dinner buffet is reasonably priced and enjoyable. In the afternoons, evenings, and during the 'blue hour' in my room, I'd peacefully watch the clouds drift by outside my window, a patchwork of light. Towards the end of my stay, I even began to look forward to that transition from daylight to dusk – as the view outside changed, my mind quieted down. You truly see the passage of time here.

Check-in was a breeze. The room was clean, and there were plenty of towels and bottled water. The free swimming pool was a pleasant surprise – clean and not too crowded. My only complaint is that the room temperature was a bit high. I'd recommend telling the front desk right away if it's uncomfortable. My bad – I'm a bit shy and thought I could fix it with the in-room control panel, but I ended up waking up in the middle of the night feeling too hot.

Very satisfied with a stay. The hygiene is very meticulous. There is no smell. The location is excellent. The bus station is very convenient. The service is intimate. It is recommended. 😚😚 and it is very affordable!

This hotel is right next to Quancheng Square, and the scenic view room offers expansive views, allowing you to watch the musical fountain from your room at night. The room facilities are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and all the complimentary welcome fruits were delicious, showing the hotel's thoughtful service. I didn't get a chance to use the gym or indoor pool due to time constraints, but I imagine they would be excellent too. I especially recommend staying here if you're doing business at Xiangheng Square; the two buildings are connected, so you can go back and forth without stepping outside, which is super convenient. It's also within walking distance of key attractions like Baotu Spring, Black Tiger Spring, Daming Lake, and Wulongtan, and it's easy to get to Kuanhouli and Furong Street for food and shopping. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Jinan.

Seeing it was ranked No.1 on the platform for luxury hotels in Weifang, I didn't hesitate to choose this hotel for my first visit to the city. My two-night stay was an excellent experience. The value for money is outstanding. The hotel boasts a prime location right in the city center and is close to Weifang Station. With Wanda Plaza next door, dining, entertainment, and shopping are incredibly convenient. I was pleasantly surprised and touched to receive a free upgrade to a suite upon check-in! Thank you! The suite was very spacious with a well-thought-out layout, and the facilities were complete, high-quality, and luxurious. The room had floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides, making it bright, airy, beautiful, and comfortable. It featured a living room, a vanity, two TVs, two bathrooms, and a walk-in closet. The double-faucet vanity, a standard in five-star hotels, was fantastic. The bathtub was large and pristine. The hotel service was excellent, and we received complimentary welcome fruit. The front desk and housekeeping staff were polite, friendly, attentive, and diligent – highly commendable! Breakfast offered a rich variety, with delicious Chinese and Western dishes. The coffee was excellent and offered for takeaway, which is a nice touch! The Pinzhen Chinese Restaurant on the second floor had exquisite dishes that tasted great. The Executive Lounge on the first floor provided a quiet and comfortable environment for happy hour light dinners, with a good selection of hot and cold dishes, main courses, snacks, beverages, desserts, and fruits. The male and female staff were very polite, well-mannered, and professional. My stay completely exceeded expectations. I highly recommend the Pullman Weifang to anyone visiting Weifang.
