Love the 5-Star feel - big & functional fresh-looking room (including its bath tub), bell hop service, housekeeping & overall hotel outlook. Location is very central with many restaurants and shopping around, and New Yaohan departmental store with a good foodcourt is just next door. Free shuttle buses to/from Galaxy, City of Dreams, The Parisian, Grand Lisboa Palace make their frequrnt stops behind/next to Grand Emperor. Walkable (15-20mins) to Ruins of St. Paul’s and its surrounding museum, fort, shopping, food streets. There’s also nearby lovely Nam Van Lake (with nice lakeside seats and eateries, eg McDonalds and Sei Kee Cafe (yummy Bolo Buns & other foods). For convenient breakfast, Reese Cafe at the hotel lobby fulfills well with nice inexpensive freshly ground coffee. Highly recommend this hotel.
I've been to Macau many times, and this is my third time staying overnight. The first time, I stayed at an affordable guesthouse in the old city center – clean and tidy, right across from Wen Ji Cafe & Snacks. It wasn't far from Grand Lisboa and St. Paul's Ruins. The second time, I stayed at the Crowne Plaza near the Gongbei Border Gate. The room was super spacious, breakfast was delicious, and the king-size bed was very comfortable. This time, a few of us bit the bullet and booked a room at The Venetian 😭 – decided to splurge a bit. They said it was a Royal Presidential Suite, and it even came with two tickets to the Parisian Macao's Eiffel Tower (the front desk lady mentioned that the 7th floor is actually free to visit now). The rooms in Macau, compared to neighboring Hong Kong, are not just a little bit better [facepalm]. It really is a city centered on entertainment and service industries, with a different positioning than Hong Kong. We took a private car from Hong Kong, and as soon as we got out, a young man helped us with our luggage and gave us a luggage tag. When checking in, you just give the tag to the front desk, and your luggage is automatically delivered to your room. The room was large and spacious, with a separate living room and two TVs. To put it bluntly… the bathroom in this suite could rival an entire Hong Kong hotel room in size! The bed 🛌 was huge and comfortable, the sofa was great, and the view from the large floor-to-ceiling windows was pretty good too – though I imagine the view would be even better from the opposite rooms. Next time, if I get the chance, I'll try out Galaxy and Studio City too [smirk]. Even though it's not ** (missing original text, likely referring to 'cheap'), it's definitely worth experiencing [evil grin]. In mainland terms, almost all hotels in Taipa can be considered top-tier luxury, haha… especially with all the rumors surrounding Wynn Palace, haha… so much 'color' has been added to it… Macau is truly unforgettable and suitable for people of all ages to visit. Thumbs up!
The location is not really very convenient and it’s not directly connected to most ****** so you’ll have to expect to pay for public transportation mostly. For other hotels, u can usually travel between Macau and Taipa with their shuttle buses for free. For this hotel, the shuttle bus system isn’t very good, the frequency of departure is low and the operating time is limited. The walking route that shows on google maps isn’t quite accurate so be prepared.
Overall, I was very satisfied with the service; the room was clean. The twin beds in the twin room were very spacious, each measuring 1.4 meters wide, so it's basically possible for two people to sleep in one. Families with children should definitely book a twin room. Personally, I think this hotel's location is a huge advantage, as all the best food spots in Macau Peninsula are near the hotel! Cleanliness is good! Location is good! Service is good!
This five-star hotel perfectly blends French elegance with Macanese charm. The rooms are tastefully decorated, the beds are comfortable, and the dining options are diverse and plentiful. The location is convenient, with easy access to restaurants and transportation. The hotel facilities are excellent, making it ideal for both a relaxing getaway and exploring the city. The service is professional and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay.
The hotel has a very festive appearance, with many rows of large red lanterns at the entrance and an impressive lobby. The room is very spacious, and it was comfortable even with three friends staying together. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of delicious food, and they refill items very quickly. Besides cars, there's also a shuttle bus service to and from Hong Kong via the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, which is super convenient.
Staying at Studio City's Celebrity Tower was a truly dazzling surprise during my trip. The room layout was spacious and airy, featuring a light aesthetic with 300-thread-count bedding. The down comforter promised a night of blissful sleep, while the panoramic windows offered a captivating view of Cotai, beautifully complemented by the silhouette of The Parisian Macao. The smart touch control system allowed for one-touch management of lighting and curtains, and thoughtful details like mainland power sockets and free in-room entertainment were much appreciated. The mini-bar's specialty snacks added an extra touch of warmth.
The hotel's location is superb, with seamless connections via shuttle bus and the light rail. It's conveniently situated next to shopping districts and the Cotai Arena, making it easy to attend exhibitions or explore. The staff provided warm and attentive service, from efficient check-in guidance to prompt responses to requests. The cleanliness was absolutely impeccable. In my downtime, I enjoyed a swim in the heated pool or a stroll around the resort, where entertainment and shopping needs were met all in one place. This stay, a blend of luxury, comfort, smart technology, and convenience, truly elevated my Macau experience.
This time I took my parents on a getaway! The main difference from before is that the shuttle bus now drops you off at the East Gate, so we checked in at the East Gate front desk. At the time, I thought the front desk had moved. However, when we went up to our room in the afternoon, we realized it was still in the West Wing (where the old check-in desk still is 😂). This time, the front desk lady upgraded me to a garden view room, which was amazing – I could even watch planes landing! Plus, there's now an additional shuttle bus to the Cotai Strip, making it much more convenient to get to The Londoner and The Parisian than before.
I stayed in the South Wing, and my window overlooked the back of Studio City. The room was decent and comfortable. The shower pressure was amazing; it filled the tub in minutes, making for a really refreshing shower.
There were outlets on both sides of the bed, which was convenient for charging devices. The room also had good Wi-Fi signal.
Check-in was on the right as you entered the main lobby, in a very grand, red-themed area. The front desk staff's Mandarin wasn't great; they mixed English and Mandarin, which made it a bit hard to understand. I'd suggest more Mandarin training for them.
It was about a ten-minute walk from the hotel's second floor to The Venetian and The Londoner. Express check-out is supported; there's a machine on the first floor of the South Wing right out of the elevator where you can drop your room card. Luggage storage was also very convenient.
To catch the shuttle bus, you need to go to B1. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel seemed to be shared with The Venetian; the bus itself was branded for The Parisian, but you wait under The Venetian's awning. It drops off at The Londoner first, then The Parisian.
I wanted to go to the Ruins of St. Paul's on Monday, but there was no shuttle service there that day.
The Parisian's shopping mall was pretty empty and didn't have many stores.
Convenient location: ~25 minutes from airport by taxi;
quiet area with a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores, but hotel itself has three own restaurants (Western, Chinese and Thai food) with affordable prices for big plates;
polite and friendly staff everywhere - special thanks to breakfast crew;
own bar has good selection of classic, modern cocktails and premium liquors and whiskey;
clean and neat rooms with necessary things, but my opinion: hairdryer was a little old and it took me longer to dry my short hair.

HHudieFrom December 2nd to 4th, I had a leisure vacation and chose to stay at The Londoner Macao's Grand Suites. The service experience was truly excellent. Check-in is usually at 3:00 PM, and by the time I got to the front desk, it was already past that. The front desk staff informed me that the non-smoking area still needed a bit more time as housekeeping wasn't finished yet, and Deluxe King rooms were in high demand. They offered to upgrade me to a suite and first asked if I minded being a bit further from the elevator. I said I didn't, and they immediately processed the upgrade to a suite. I was able to move into the room right away, and I was very happy with it. For my first night, the mini-bar drinks and snacks were complimentary, which was a thoughtful touch. I was quite hungry and didn't want to go out, so this considerate gesture was perfect. After a two-and-a-half-hour drive and crossing the Hengqin border, I was exhausted and needed to rest, and this really made things convenient for me at that moment. I was very satisfied with the hotel service – that's the first point.
Secondly, when I checked out on December 4th at noon, I called for a bellboy to help with some luggage. He arrived even quicker than expected, with a genuine smile. He introduced himself as Koenig and said, 'Ma'am, I'm here to assist you with everything.' He was polite and spoke in a very friendly tone. Such a bellboy leaves an excellent impression; he was truly courteous. It's clear the hotel's training program is very effective. Koenig was absolutely a professionally trained hotel staff member, with every action being perfectly executed. He proactively asked about my stay and if I was satisfied with the hotel, and if everything was convenient. His proactive communication with guests shows how much he cares about their experience, which is an excellent quality. Hotels really need frontline staff like this to get feedback on guests' experiences. This has already given me a good reason to choose The Londoner Macao's Grand Suites again for my next stay. I hope the hotel continues to offer more pleasant surprises to its guests. 💁🖐🌹🌹

MM371987****I was drawn to the Morpheus hotel's exterior on my last visit to Macau, so this time I specifically booked two nights. The room design is very modern, and all the facilities look brand new, almost unique in Macau.
The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. Whether calling the hotel through the Ctrip app on my phone or contacting room service from the room, the service was professional and attentive. Communication was seamless in either English or Mandarin, and all the staff were very patient. There's luggage storage service available both before check-in and after check-out. If early check-in is possible, the front desk will call to notify you. You can walk to the City of Dreams' free shuttle bus to get to the ferry terminal, airport, and other places. Staff members guide you, and the queues aren't too long, making it very convenient for catching flights.
The hotel lobby is next to the COD casino, with shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel gym isn't 24-hour; it opens at 10 AM, requires registration with a staff member, and is relatively small. My room faced Macau University of Science and Technology and the airport, so there wasn't much of a view. Turndown service in the evening included hand cream/essential oil. The fruit platter and mini-bar items were fully replenished each day. The toiletries were a full set from Acqua di Parma, and there was also a Zaha Hadid book in the room.
Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

DD0311****The room was relatively new, but the layout wasn't very practical. The lighting was dim and couldn't be adjusted. While it's advertised as a movie-themed hotel, beyond a few decorative touches, there wasn't much of a cinematic feel. The elevator was incredibly slow, especially in the mornings when only one was operating, leading to long waits. There's a DONKI downstairs with a good selection of small items, but other shopping and dining options in the area are limited. The overall atmosphere was quite bland, and it's also a bit far from other hotels. My experience was just so-so.
