In bed at 9am in the morning and the girl that does the mini bar comes in to my room sees I'm in bed and goes to check contents of mini bar .I tell her come back later but NO SHE HAS A JOB TODO AND CARRIES ON. IT TAKES PRIORITY OVER GUEST PRIVACY.
COMPLAINED TO MANAGER HE SAYS ITS MY FAULT AS A PAYING GUEST I HAVE ACCEPT THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO COME IN TO MY ROOM EVEN IF IM IN BED

GGuest UserThe hotel looks fresh and modern, almost like it was recently build. The gym is pretty small but good enough if you just need a quick workout, and the pool is nice for this type of hotel — although it can get very busy at times, so don’t expect a quiet swim.
Breakfast was the biggest disappointment for me. It’s quite minimal, more like a 3-star standard, but of course that depends on what you’re used to — just don’t expect too much. Other than that, there isn’t much more to mention. Overall, it’s okay, but there are definitely better hotels in Medellín for a similar price

The food at the breakfast wasn’t fresh except fruits.
The gym and spa was incomplete.
You have to pay for the coffee at the breakfast
The worse part was very very loud music at the bar next to the lobby. It didn’t feel home at all. We changed our hotel for the rest of our holiday in Medellin.
The good part was the cleaness. It was 5 of 5!
The design of the room itself was nice.
It had friendly staff as well.

This hotel has a gym, sauna, and outdoor pool. All are freely available to guests, and they were always well-cleaned and in working order.
The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating in English when I checked in or had any questions.
[Cons]
Amenities like toothbrushes, hairbrushes, and razors were not provided in the rooms. Only soap, shampoo, and shower gel were provided.
The Wi-Fi in the rooms was unstable at times, causing interruptions when watching videos. However, it worked fine near the front desk.

GGuest UserFirstly , the staff are great. Really friendly and helpful with anything you may need. I arrived really early and they were able to accommodate an early check-in for me. The facilities are great, calm shared space downstairs, well equipped gym and free laundry. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable.

The location is good, very close to Santa Fe and Oviedo, the El Tesoro is not far away either. Pool is never being used it is a little unwelcoming or not so private I guess.
The hotel could use a refurbishment, like the hallways.
Good budget hotel though with excellent staff. I would go back also because it is a little far from all the craziness of Provenza.

SSoyAdoniaThis time I caught up with the Medellin Flower Festival and was completely moved! Medellin is romantic, and the spirit of Medellin is what China should learn! The hotel is also like a Spanish garden, the room is very comfortable and large, the bath water is very large, every day is very comfortable, and it is very convenient to take a taxi from the hotel! The hotel staff wear Medellin hats and small scarves every day, which are very beautiful! This Medellin Flower Festival, I saw Medellin's respect for every industry! I love Medellin very much!

GGuest UserOne of the best hotels. For 75can$ a night. I got 2 breakfast included, rooftop pool, dance classes, nice restaurant and bar. I definitely gonna stay there again. Super young vibe and atmosphere. Good location and clean rooms. Stylish lobby and restaurant.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located in a safe location, el Pobalado. The suite is very spacious and has two bathrooms. The toiletries are changed every day. The staff is also very enthusiastic. The hotel's dinner is also good.
