I like to host this hotel, everyone is very friendly, the service is very good, the food is very rich and varied, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, in general everything is very good
The facilities seem a bit small for the number of guests that we were. The pool is very small. The food isn't that bad, it's just that they take down the buffet very quickly. I really liked the location, it is near a small square where they sell very good food.
The hotel is located in one of the most beautiful beaches in Zihuatanejo - La Ropa! The location is super.
It's clean and well cared for.
Too bad the service was terrible...I went a few years ago and I felt more welcome than this time...people were very unmotivated and very indifferent. Sometimes there are 5 people and no one feels obligated to attend. We arrived at the restaurant shortly before a large group of people arrived. We stood there for about 10 minutes before picking a table individually. They didn't show up for more than 20 minutes to listen rather than apologize or explain. The bar that opens is after 12, which doesn't say anything...they told us at reception when we arrived.
Just to be on the safe side, you have to go to the reception and if you're lucky your keys work - mine didn't work!
I won't be back!
Incredible place to spend family vacations or as a couple, it has all the amenities you can imagine including a slide, tennis court, gyms, spa and more !! Without a doubt, this is going to be the hotel of my preference every time I come to Acapulco. The food is also delicious and everything is of the best quality like the coffee and the services.
All right in the hotel, ac in the room that works perfectly, hot water at pressure, ladder, ladder stick, TV coffee shop, meets well with everything basic, view from the room at the second level is excellent I assume that in The third level is even better and I assume that at level 1 is not so good so it is trying to hire from the second level toward, the beautiful but a little high price in relation to the portion and quality of food, has the teleferry to a You can go and come to the town by using it but when you get down you will be 15 minutes walking or 5 in public transport. It has free parking for your car, a good hostel that I didn't use, and gym and shops that I didn't use but that there are, attention is good although it was little I had to deal with the staff but they look careful and ready. In general my experience is good and I would certainly return to this hotel, I also realized that there are rooms with neighbouring doors so you can hire rooms together and communicate them in this way for large families.
Hotel in an excellent central location, in terms of food they are good and they serve enough, I consider that the staff service is not the best, the waiters are very unfriendly and the customer service is terrible. The facilities are many years old and the furniture in the place is not very nice (it urgently needs furniture renovation), the obsolete elevators had to wait up to 40 minutes to go down, especially at check-in time.
All excellent in the hotel facilities and an exceptional location

LLegalEagleAlthough Acapulco isn't known for having a variety of all-inclusive resorts, the Ritz is one of the resorts that offers this option. The single room is of decent size, and feels cozy, but it does reflect the budget price paid in comparison to the other rooms available. Getting to this hotel does take a bit of a drive, but it's still close enough to the beach to enjoy.
The service was pretty good, with most staff helping if I had questions or any other concerns. The all inclusive food could benefit from more variety, especially if you stay for many days. One area of concern was the quality of their seafood, as the shrimp did have a funky odor during dinner.
All in all, this is a good all-inclusive resort, as long as you get a decent price for your package.
GGuest UserThe location is regular, as Taxco is a small town whose centre is easily accessible on foot. The breakfast is regular as well, nothing special, though, if it was not included in the tariff, I would prefer to have a breakfast at a restaurant around Zocalo. Of the negative impressions -- the room was quite poor: although big enough (two floors), the furniture was old and not functioning (no gas in the kitchen; a radio from the 1950s was there but it did not work). The inner yard is rather a contra, since it was full of families with kids near the hotel's waterpool listening loud local music all day round. The audibility was poor -- one can easily hear what is happening in a room next to it.
GGuest UserWe stayed at La Casa Que Canta for our honeymoon. The hotel and accommodations couldn't have been better. Very romantic place. Tranquil with breath-taking views from everywhere - our room, the pool, the restaurant. The friendly staff provided fantastic service. Best of the best!

GGuest UserIt's in a good location for sightseeing. It's only a few minutes walk to the square. The front desk staff are very friendly. The room is tasteful and the shower is small but not a problem. The floor gets wet, which is common in overseas hotels, so it's acceptable. I'd like to stay here again when I visit Taxco again.
GGuest UserThe room they gave us was on a floor that was undergoing maintenance, they made noise from repairs early and it was very annoying.
The view that we had was towards some tennis courts and a rather neglected apartment building, which does not belong to the hotel, which greatly detracted from our experience.
The furniture in the room in general is old, before there were utensils in the small kitchen, now there is nothing, they even removed the refrigerator, they only left the microwave.
The wifi was too slow, they did not load social networks, the cleaning was regular since they did not sweep the room, they only limited themselves to making the bed.
The service in the pools is sooooo slow, they have few waiters despite it being high season, and the sheets that cover the pool beds are worn and old.
The pool towel service gives you one per day per person, and you cannot ask to have it changed for a dry one, you will have to keep the same one until the next day.
The positive was the proximity and excellent location right in the center of the bay of Acapulco, opposite there is a shopping center with restaurants and shops. A few steps away a souvenir and handicraft market. And if you want to order food or any service through apps, it arrives at the hotel entrance in minutes.
The pools are fine, although they could improve their cleanliness, since the water looks quite cloudy, especially in the adult pool, which is a great advantage if you are not traveling with children and want to relax.
GGerman Sixtos GonzalezThe hotel is a very good hotel and is very good at the time of checking in, and it is very good at the time of checking in, and it is very good at the time of booking.
