Shower was excellent Good pressure They provided games for us to play when asked Thought the rubbish could have been emptied daily but all in all a good clean and friendly place to stay

Nice staff, good location!

We came here to stay by train. Although the motel is not very new, it has everything. There are supermarkets and daily necessities stores at the foot of the mountain. It takes about ten minutes to walk there. When the sidewalk is about to disappear, there is a trail connecting it in a hidden place, and you can walk to the parking lot of the grocery store. The hotel can pick you up at the train station, which is actually very suitable for people like us who have big luggage from overseas and don’t have a car. recommend

The sanitation and service are pretty good, but the facilities are a bit lacking, some switches are broken, and there is a parking lot.

Don't stay in this hotel, everyone. When I booked, I filled in two adults, and they didn't even allow children to stay. There is a couple, the man kept saying that he would call the police because we had two more children, and the woman kept scolding fxxk . We were not allowed to check in after 8 o’clock in the evening. After 8 o’clock, most hotels don’t have a front desk. Later, we called the police, but they didn’t stand by them when they came. The police cleared the way and took us to another coleraine, and the police passed again. Find out the front desk of that house through various channels and let us check in. The hotel also refused to refund, because I am a black diamond, Ctrip refunded the money to me. Everyone passing by Greymouth must not choose this hotel.

Service was great, however the rooms dated and beds and pillows not comfortable unfortunately. Access to room was also not great!

Greymouth is a beautiful town. Walkable with a lot of history to read along the waterfront. Lots of local places to eat. Friendly and clean our place. Big open and spacious.

Warm greeting on arrival, easy parking, good facilities in the room, no air conditioning but a fan is provided. Staff helpful with recommendations for restaurants and directions.

We arrived on the tranz alpine train and they came to pick us up. The motel is very central but is up a hill so the lft was appreciated with our luggage. The motel itself is quite dated but very clean with a comfortable bed...all we needed!

Spacious room with fan and cooking equipment. Also good location with walking distance to supermarket and shops.

We didn't feel comfortable at this hotel. It didn't feel clean, the walls felt thin, the beds were not all that comfortable. We would not stay here again. Given the price we paid, we had expected something more comfortable. We blew a fuse by using the kettle and hot plate at the same time, and it took quite some time for it to be fixed which made us late leaving as we were in the midst of cooking breakfast. I believe they responded quickly but first attempt didn't solve the issue and we didn't know they'd attended to the issue because there wasn't any follow up with us and the outlets remained not functional. We would keep driving to Hokitika or stay somewhere else next time.

Ive stayed in 5 star hotels which arent as clean as this. Super clean, even small little things like utensils to the kettle were perfectly clean and in working order. Super quick and friendly check in. Location wise its within walking distance to the station and supermarket as well as the bridge and town centre.

Had a very brief but wonderful stay. Very kind and understanding staff.
