I booked Ji as I wanna see their cutie robots. Other Ji hotels have food delivery robots. However this hotel doesn’t have them. And it is not really safe as delivery guys could get lift card to customers’ room. I would prefer the robots. They gave me teeth brush at reception which is not professional.

BOOKED 3 rooms, booked to be quiet, Say it again at check-in. But compared to the very noisy room to the right restaurant, I'm so worried when I see earplugs as a gift.
