Poor front desk service. Most questions asked were answered in a cold manner. "I do not know" seems to be the standard answer. Not helpful at all. (Mind you, I speak Mandarin, not English.) Strong cigarette smoke smell in common area. Strong old carpet odor in corridor and room. TV remote control is not working. Not recommended for foreign tourists as there are not many choice of restaurants in the vicinity.
