Good and clean place , friendly people

The hotel location is good, but no restaurant at night. And there are many tea shop around the block. But overall, the room very clean and good.

For the price, it is a very decent and clean hotel. Parking is extremely limited and runs on a first come first serve basis. Rooms are big. No complaints solely due to the price!

This hotel is some ways off the Centre of Guangzhou. Need to take a taxi but they are quite difficult to get one as it is located in a small road. The staff tho were helpful and managed to get 2 taxis for us to the airport. Rooms are big and clean. To get to the City Centre by public transport you will need to take a bus to Tanwei metro station which is quite some distance away. But the return journey by bus is very complicated and would suggest you disembark at Shancun and then walk across the highway to Shancun Lu (just ask around the helpful people around).

You might think something like the following: “The rooms in this hotel look quite good, and the price is very reasonable for Guangzhou: what’s the catch?” In this case, your intuitions would be largely correct: the rooms are quite good and the amenities are plentiful - the location, however, leaves a lot to be desired. You are nominally close to Jiaokou station, but the walk there will add so much time to your trip that you’ll end up taking the bus more often than not. The environs are not particularly nice: you are on a small side street in a neighbourhood of small shops and endless construction sites. Service (at least in my experience) is also weak: the bathroom fan didn’t work in our room; we contacted the front desk about it; they sent someone up and said it’d be fixed ASAP: it was never fixed.

The room was clean and spacious. However, it’s quite far away from the train station.

I’ve stayed here for the second time. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. The location is a little bit inconvenient, but for this price they have a great service and cleanliness. And one huge plus is laundry!

Very good, clean, big room, the service of the front desk guy is also very good. The price is acceptable, it would be perfect if breakfast can be eaten in the hall, very good hotel.

When I asked some questions about room facilities and hotel services, the answers of the front desk staff seemed perfunctory and even a little impatient. As a hotel that boasts luxury business services, the front desk is the first window for guests to contact, and it should provide professional and enthusiastic services. However, the performance of the front desk of your hotel is obviously far from this standard. Secondly, the sound insulation of the hotel is very poor, which seriously affected my rest. I booked a deluxe business room and thought I could enjoy a quiet and comfortable night, but the actual situation disappointed me. The sound of the TV in the next room was clearly audible, and I could even hear the conversation, which made me unable to sleep all night. As a business traveler, a good rest is very important to me. However, the soundproofing problem of your hotel made me feel exhausted on the second day of work, which seriously affected my work efficiency. What is more unsatisfactory is that when I reported the soundproofing problem to the hotel front desk, the front desk staff responded indifferently, only saying that they would "record" my complaint, but did not take any substantive measures to solve the problem. This perfunctory attitude made me very disappointed and also made me seriously question the service quality of your hotel. In summary, I am very dissatisfied with the front desk service and soundproofing problems of your hotel. It is really a blessing to be able to stay in a satisfactory hotel when traveling! I stayed there for several days. There was an auntie cleaning every day. The environment and sanitation were very good. The service attitude was very good. The price-performance ratio was quite high. It is a good choice. Worth recommending. Satisfied

The location is very close to Fangcun. I stayed there for several days. It's a good business hotel. They will help you with your luggage when you change rooms. The hygiene is OK and the facilities are adequate. It's convenient and fast to travel. I changed my phone and don't have any photos.
