Very average for the price, cleanliness of the common areas limit... Very old room and bathroom without equipment (for my part without shower curtain..) I didn't know before arriving but the parking lot must be booked in advance (15€/d) otherwise impossible to put your car and the streets around meh meh The advantage would be the location... there is the Joliette metro at 50m

Great staff, not bad for a quick and cheap overnight stay.

The rooms are to small, there missing fridge and hair dryer. I won't be back more there.

There was ants in my room, ants in the bathroom, there was a bad smell in the room, room obviously hadn't been cleaned, I had to leave early as the room was not fit for purpose. Very disappointing, would not recommend.

You can walk to the seaside. It's conveniently located near the station. At night, you can hear people talking from the road in front of the hotel.

A great hotel, especially the location, two metro stations away, and the hotel is 50 meters from Joliette station. Place de la Joliette is a short walk to the cruise terminal; we're 2 minutes from the ferry terminal to catch the shuttle. The breakfast is very good, and the staff is very pleasant. I highly recommend it.

A good simple budget hotel, purely for an overnight stay - ideal, close to the metro and tram, which is very convenient!

Racist behavior, dirty room, stay to be avoided at all costs I am deeply shocked by my experience at the B&B Hotel Marseille Centre La Joliette. From the moment I arrived, I encountered racist behavior from the receptionist. Their attitude was contemptuous and discriminatory, and I clearly felt I was being treated differently because of my origins. In addition, the requests I had made when booking—a room on a high floor with an unobstructed view—were ignored. Instead, I was assigned a room on a lower floor, whose window directly overlooked the trash cans. This clearly seemed intentional. The room itself was in poor condition: dust everywhere, dirty walls, a bathroom barely cleaned, and toilet paper not replaced. The lack of hygiene and respect for customers is unacceptable. I strongly advise against this establishment, not only for its lack of cleanliness, but especially for the discriminatory treatment I experienced there. Racism has no place in a hotel that claims to be welcoming.

The front desk is friendly and the service is very friendly. The room facilities are new, clean and complete. The location is excellent. The tram and subway are downstairs, which is very convenient.

Although the shower curtain had a bit of mould on the bottom, the rest of the room was clean. The beds were comfortable and the room was made up and fresh towels were provided every day. The service and facilities are good although limited due to the type of hotel it is. The location is perfect, very close to everything and with metro line 2 across the street. In conclusion, a good establishment at a good price.
