Good for our purpose of taking care of business in Guangzhou. The maid was very friendly and enthusiastic to refill our supplies such as towels and toilet paper. The kitchen sink was useful for us. TV screen was very large. Cleanliness was so-so. Linens and towels were clean. Price was reasonable.
