The hotel's location is great; the subway is just a few minutes' walk away. The room has a large window and a washing machine, which is very convenient. The room was also very clean, and the front desk staff were very welcoming.

You can wash and dry clothes right in the room, and it's very close to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street and Tianzi Pier. Highly recommended! The price is affordable, and there are many old-fashioned restaurants nearby with delicious sweet soups. You can easily explore the area by riding a shared bike.

Feels pretty good. This hotel is more like an apartment, and it's about a five to ten-minute walk to the Pearl River, so the pier for night cruises on the Pearl River is very close. The surrounding environment isn't entirely satisfactory; the alleys and streets nearby are a bit dirty and messy, which wasn't what I expected from a first-tier city. However, I was happy with the hotel's service, the room's cleanliness felt good, and transportation is convenient.

The rooms were mediocre and quite old. There were very few power outlets; one room didn't even have one by the bed. There were also unfinished nails on the bed, and my mother actually scratched her skin on one. The other room was tiny; after putting in a 1.5-meter bed, there was no space to walk in front of it. Cleanliness was just okay; there was a thick layer of dust. The air conditioning didn't cool at all, only providing a bit of chill in the latter half of the night. It's possible I booked a less common room type.

The location is great, close to the subway station. Be aware that Exit B of the subway doesn't have an escalator, so you'll need to climb three flights of stairs. This is something to consider if you have large luggage. Exit A has an escalator, but there's still one flight of stairs to climb. Exit B is closer to the hotel. Downstairs from the hotel, there's a convenience store, restaurants, and Cotti Coffee. Food delivery can come straight up to your room door, which is convenient for solo travelers. The room was clean! It has a fridge, washing machine, and even laundry detergent. The only minor downside is that the bathroom lighting is a bit dim. If you're arriving in the early hours, be aware that the main hotel sign lights will be off, and the reception entrance is through a glass side door.

The entire building looks very new, and the hallways are very comfortable. It's an apartment-hotel style, offering the comfort and amenities of an apartment with the services and standards of a hotel. When I first entered, it was much cleaner than I expected. An auntie comes to clean daily, so you don't have to take out the trash yourself. The location is very close to the subway station – just walk straight out and turn a corner. However, the subway station has a rather steep incline and no elevator yet, which can be a bit of a hassle. A significant drawback of the location is its proximity to a major overpass; the sound of traffic is very noticeable, even with the windows closed, especially at night. Also, being by the river, if you want to order takeout, the restaurants are quite far, and the delivery fees can almost match the price of a single item. But if you don't mind these points, just go ahead and book it. The comfort of returning to the apartment right after exiting the subway station is better than anywhere else.

The apartment is located at the strategic location where near to the Beijing Road and good value for money. However, the furniture is slightly old, generally still acceptable. Thank you. O

Overall, it's pretty good. It's also convenient for getting around. The service was quite thoughtful, and I'd prioritize staying here again for future trips. Just trying to fill up the character count, still need forty-eight more characters to finish.

The soundproofing is absolutely terrible, non-existent. I could clearly hear conversations in the hallway, noises from the next room, and doors opening and closing. It was incredibly noisy at night, making it impossible to get any proper rest, and my sleep quality was severely impacted. Overall stay experience: dirty, old, depressing, cheap, and an extremely poor experience. It's definitely not worth the price; compared to other hotels in the same price range, it's far inferior. There's no service, no good environment, no hygiene, and no comfort. There wasn't a single satisfactory aspect throughout my entire stay. I honestly don't recommend booking this place just for convenience; the stay experience is truly awful, a 100% guaranteed disappointment! I will never come back a second time, and I sincerely suggest that the hotel seriously rectifies its hygiene, environment, and facilities, and stops being so perfunctory with its customers!

The large bed in the room was spacious and comfortable, with a mattress that was just right – not too soft, not too hard, making for a very relaxing rest. The air conditioning worked perfectly, allowing for easy temperature control. The amenities were comprehensive, with a TV, fridge, and washing machine all available, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. Both hot and cold water at the sink were stable, providing a great washing experience. The window offered a wide-open view, overlooking the river downstairs, which was absolutely stunning. The overall environment was clean, and the facilities were excellent. Every aspect was satisfying; it was a fantastic stay and definitely worth recommending.

The night view was breathtaking, super beautiful! The air conditioning and cleanliness were also excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.
