The facilities are quite old. It is not recommended for those who are particular about the accommodation experience. The advantage is that it is cheap.

For a short stay in Bologna the location is very convenient, less so the room.

On such a hot day, there is no air conditioner in the room. It is a kind of torture. There is no room for negotiation when communicating with the front desk for a refund. In order to save his life, he had to waste two nights' room fees and move to another hotel. If I can score zero, I'm sure I won't give one.

It is the first time I have encountered such an inflexible hotel in three months of business trip. The bald man at the front desk had such a bad attitude. After I reacted with Ctrip customer service, I was allowed to check in 1 hour earlier. The hotel facilities are very old and the floor is noisy. Poor sound insulation.

Everything worked very well. It is well located near Piazza Maggiore. It is an old hotel but it is comfortable and the rooms are very spacious. The breakfast is very good and the reception is very friendly.

The hotel was located close to the city center, so it was convenient for travel and there is a large supermarket nearby, so it was easy to shop on the way home. It was on the safe side.

There is a problem with the heating system. The heating was weak, so I told the hotel and they brought a small heater, but it was not warm enough and I slept with my coat on, but I caught a cold. Colleagues in different rooms all had the same complaint. I would recommend staying in this hotel in the summer.

The hallways had literal mould growing from the ceiling I have photographic evidence, the taps in our room had the chrome eroded off, the carpets looked awful and threadbare. More than 4 things were out of order including an elevator and vending machines. Staff gave us no information on arrival about breakfast, recommendations of restaurants, the sights of the city and we wasn't even told about the WIFI. Overall for a three star hotel we were disappointed we had just come from a 3 star hotel in Verona and they were miles better.
