Staff are all very friendly and all the drinks, snacks and even clothes washing service is completely free which makes this a perfect final stop before your flight or train back home. The only downside is the breakfast service, theres plenty of food, but unfortunately it is not adequately staffed, so there were times where guests had to ask staff to clear the tables and situations where coffee and coffee cups ran out and guests had to get the staff to attend to. Other than this small improvement area i would say this was a excellent hotel and would definitely stay there again.
