The new hotel is very comfortable with big and clean room. All staff are super helpful and nice. The breakfast, free dessert are very good and free snacks and drinks are bonus. Location is perfect. The staff will communicate using Wechat which is very convenient. Will sure recommend it.

Amazing service, gifts, fancy facilities and the staff person even came and rescued us when we got lost and needed help finding our way back from a sightseeing walk.

Great location for exploring the parks and water features of Guilin. The service was warm and welcoming. The decor of the hotel is very tasteful and creative and the room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. We loved this hotel and wish we had one more night there. At the price point we were able to secure, we would surely book again if we returned to Guilin. They recommended a local but nice restaurant that was about a 10 min walk away and it was delicious. Very reasonable as well.

When you go out, you will see the ancient banyan tree and Rong Lake. Turn left for a few minutes to Shan Lake, Sun and Moon Twin Towers, and Xiangbishan Park. Turn right and walk along the lake for a few minutes to Gui Lake. Go out and turn right to the East and West Lanes, Prince Jing's Mansion, and Zhengyang Pedestrian Street, which are very convenient for sightseeing and dining. The service is very good, actively recommending itineraries and meals, providing welcome fruits, souvenirs and supper, and solving problems in a timely manner. They also provide ethnic costumes and Hanfu travel photography, which is a great value experience.

The first time I knew this brand was at Banxi Mingyue in Shaxi Ancient Town. I like its fragrance. One thing I hope to improve is that the room door is really not soundproof and the corridor is quite noisy.
