The hotel is clean and well-maintained.
Location is super convenient—just a 3-minute walk to Entrance 1 of Elephant Hill.
Service was excellent. Staff were friendly and generous with water and any requests. Even the cleaner greeted us with a smile, which is rare. Breakfast was the best we’ve had in a hotel—better than some restaurants!
All the basic amenities we needed were provided.

The service was excellent, breakfast was very good, the rooms was nice. Kudos to Ms Mo on being so helpful and detailed for all our needs. She even recommended where to go, where to eat, what to do and how to travel around.

Pros:
Hotel with nice views, nice and friendly staffs. decent breakfast, vey comfy bathrobe
Walking distance to many tourist spots
Room is well equip
Cons:
I went to try the spa (aromatherapy package), was expecting a relaxing massage but I think the masseur lacks the skills. She use brute force and continously rub on the same spot over and over. I had red bruises all over my back. Had to keep reminding her to be more gentle, I had more aches instead of feeling relaxed.

Amazing services and exceptionally friendly staff. We felt very welcome and kids love the big bath tub in room. Location is very convenient. Just opposite to the Gulin Elephant trunk hill.

We highly recommend this hotel. Excellent location, nice, cozy and clean rooms. Good and full breakfast wich offers a variety of dishes, both Chinese and European. There is also a bar on the roof with a choice of cocktails.
