A very convenient hotel located right at the tourist centre Every scenic sight is within walking distance. This cozy hotel is clean and tidy with efficient hospitality. We had a restful night before heading out to Yangshuo.

The hotel location and the city was a pleasant surprise. The area is bustling with activity and things to see. The hotel was very clean and well maintained and I noticed small details which were being addressed. The staff were helpful logging me into the internet because I didn’t have a local number. I would suggest giving your foreign guests printed information in English/other upon arrival so that important orientation details are not overlooked.

Good location as night market is just outside the hotel. Love the free porridge supper. Will stay here if I come back to guilin

No english speaking staff, not even at the reception
No MasterCard or VISA-Card possible to use
Toilets in public area in the lobby a total desaster..see picture
No proper room cleaning, just exchanged towels…
Not good service at breakfast, running out of silverware, too crowded, very slow cleaning of tables to free up space
—＞ not worth the money spent!!! What kind of reimbursement can be offered to us? We are Platinum Memnber at trip.com…!!!

Hotel is cleaned, easy accessible (walking distance) to Sun Moon Tower, elephant trunk hill. Hotel offers good varieties of breakfast. Reception concierge is helpful and friendly.

Had a very nice, short stay in Guilin. The hotel was a perfect location to the main attractions, walking distance. Lively street markets outside and plenty of restaurants. Room was comfortable and service was good. Breakfast had a good variety of options. Would stay again.
