I had a great time staying at this hotel! Everything feels brand new and super high-tech — they even provide an electric toothbrush, which was such a nice touch. You can control the aircon and TV with your voice, and the whole room setup feels smooth and modern. I booked a suite with a peaceful, green view. Some trees block part of the river, but I personally liked the added privacy and nature vibes. For my parents, I chose a 270-degree view room — it offers a much clearer view of the Li River. The room is slightly smaller than the suite, but the view is absolutely worth it. Before staying here, I actually stayed at a hotel near Elephant Trunk Hill (象鼻山). That area was super busy and noisy, especially during the holidays. Compared to that, this hotel is on the quieter side of the river and feels much more relaxing. There’s also a beautiful park right next to the hotel, which is great for morning or evening walks. The location is still convenient — you can walk to sightseeing spots easily. Plus, there are plenty of food options nearby, and delivery is super easy. What really made the stay memorable was the service. I’ve lived in China for three years, and this was honestly the best hotel service I’ve ever received. Everyone — from the front desk to the canteen to housekeeping — was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Only minor downside: parking is limited. If you’re driving during a holiday, you might have to look around for a spot. If you’re after comfort, smart tech, and warm, genuine hospitality — this is the place to stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the peaceful atmosphere, which made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. The location was also perfect—close to major attractions and convenient for exploring the city. The most friendly, most responsive, and most accommodating and helpful crew I ever encountered. When u needed a towel- they came within minutes without any reminder. When u needed help with booking a cab, they will book foe you and will personally bring you to the pick-up point (because it is not directly outside the hotel). I left my bag at the hotel after check-out. Didn't realised until I reached the station. They managed to help make arrangement and the bag reached me in time for me to board the train. The whole thing all settled within a very short span of time. They are super empathetic and they make yoi feel that they really put the customers at their priorities. It is a super enjoyable stay in Guilin-people are ALL super friendly in general. Will miss Guilin.

We loved this hotel! The service is excellent, the staff team is trying to make your stay comfortable. You won’t miss anything here. They even have a area where the kids can play and feed with rabbits. The room in which we stayed is spacious, clean and nice decorated. The breakfast is good, there are many choices. Hotel is at walking distance from the elephant hill trunk and two rivers and four lakes. Reed flute cave is approx. 15 min drive from hotel. Will come back here again!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Guilin! The staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting me with warm smiles and going out of their way to ensure my comfort. The hotel’s central location was perfect, just steps away from Guilin’s main attractions, making it so easy to explore the stunning landscapes and vibrant city life. My room was a cozy haven—clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, it felt like a home away from home. The highlight, though, was the breakfast with the best view in town! Highly recommend this gem for anyone visiting Guilin!

Front of house staff were very nice, helpful and very welcoming. They answered our many questions and it was not a bother to them. The room we were given was very special. The view was amazing, overlooking the pagodas. I would be happy to come back here again.

My family had a wonderful experience at LiClouds Hotel. We arrived at 4AM and I made a mistake with my booking, but the receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. He saw that we were tired and offered us water while we were figuring out what to do. I must say the customer service is impeccable! Whenever we asked for anything, they delivered it promptly and with a friendly smile on their face. Since I am travelling with kids, I value the cleanliness of the hotel and this hotel was definitely to my standard. It is a new hotel, so everything was brand new! There are spaces for parking if you plan to drive. If we visit Guilin, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

10/10 highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Guilin. The views are stunning and bedrooms are huge, spacious and clean. Breakfast is also so tasty 😋 Additionally the staff are absolutely delightful and so willing to go above and beyond to make guests happy. Shoutout to 萍萍 and 小婷 for making my trip extra memorable in Guilin - they both went the extra mile and made us feel so welcome. Will definitely stay here again next time 💓

The hotel left only positive impressions! The view is absolutely stunning, especially in the evenings. Of course, it can get a bit noisy in the evening as guests enjoy their time on the premises, but the music shuts off exactly at 11:30 PM, and you can sleep peacefully. A very nice touch was when the reception gave us local delicacies upon our departure — it was an unexpected but very thoughtful gesture. Additionally, we forgot our Euro adapter, and the receptionist literally ran after us for about 7 minutes to return it. We were really touched by the attention to detail and care for the guests. I highly recommend this hotel!
